These kats didn’t give me my 100 deposit back credit card didn’t go thru so I had to pay cash then they took money out of my account highly don’t recommend scamming at it finest now they are not answering the phone smh

Great staff, great rate, convenient location, clean rooms, allows animals... Perfect for my needs. Also it was recently purchased by new owners as well (2 weeks ago) so feel free to give it another shot if you felt it was lacking previously!

I use to work in this place and If you got kids or asthma this places it’s not for you.. They got mold and a bigs stains in the carpet. Inside the AC are full of mold as well. The first floor got an infection of bugs inside the rooms. I see how the supervisor Danielle Mayer charge smoke fee when never in the room y’all smoke. The room smell like y’all was hiding weed but their never smoke inside the room. She kicked them out and call the company was renting the room for those guys and make they get fire cuz Danielle Meyer lies about it.

Checked in and the moment we walked in it was humid and very quiet, as if the place was abandoned. Come to find out room was filthy, humid, hot, after inspecting bedding and sheets we found pieces of dry skin, carpet was filthy, found hair and bugs in the bedding. Once we gathered our things we walked down to complain and ask for a full refund. After speaking and demanding a refund we still got charged for one night. Very poor customer service and no management present and denied speaking to higher management to further my complaint. We traveled 6 hours and very dissatisfied with the outcome.

Personally the room was to small for the price paid. Otherwise customer service was outstanding. Receiver help that went above an beyond!! Overall enjoyed my stay. Great bed. Big mirror beautiful shower.. conveniently located.

Everything was good but until it was time to leave, the front desk lady didn't want to return my deposit. She still and went and check if room was clean and I deep clean everything. She gave it back with attitude.

We liked the location, the outside of the hotel is very nice, and parking was good. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many choices, very basic. Our room didn't look like the pictures I viewed, a lot smaller. Our room didn't have a coffee maker, phone, microwave or fridge. We asked the front desk Staff, who that night had a lady who was not pleasant at all, if we could get a microwave and fridge since we were going to be there all weekend. She stated all rooms were booked, and the only rooms that have them are their suites. The carpet in the room was stained and didn't appear to be vacuumed. Pillows and towels were stained, not enough towels, and Housekeeping didn't replace them. Won't stay there again.
