Days Inn by Wyndham Morgan's Wonderland / IH-35 N

Prefer not to divulge it was too personal the customer service is what was so upsetting. From check in, to check out. Anything to do with staff was not a nice experience

The hotel it's self wasn't to bad. I guess you get for what you pay.. No hot breakfast was provided as it says . All they gave out was coffee, orange juice and apple juice. Stayed there a week and they only cleaned our room once and that's because we asked them too.. waiting for towels is so disturbing.. we turned in our towels the day before and the next morning we asked for them around 9 and didn't get them till 2pm and yes we asked for them more then twice for them.. Our whole day was wasted and yes it's upsetting especially when your on vacation from out of state and want to leave early to visit places. There bathroom door was so loud on opening and closing it and having a 2 year old it makes you not want to use the restroom during the night. But other then that it wasn't too bad..

This hotel was horrible! They took 40$ and said they would give it back and they didn’t! We didn’t even have money for gas! So don’t stay at this hotel! They are scammers! The room was terrible, no was no free breakfast and NO ICE! The shower head was out the wall! The blankets were so thin! This hotel was the worst I ever been to!

For the price, it isn't that bad. I stayed in San Antonio for 4 days and was good quality for the price you pay. You get what you pay for. There was incident where there was a cockroach but I think it was due to the fact that we didn't take out the trash in 2 days. Other than that, the shower was nice and the beds were fine as well as the cleanliness. If I didn't see the cockroach then it would have been 5 stars.

The room was basic and cleanish but certainly in need of an update. Breakfast was not provided. No fridge or microwave. The hotel charged a deposit and didn't return it for 5 days. Overall, there were no major problems and I would stay here again. On the positive side, the front desk staff were professional and accommodated our late check-in.

This place is a little run down but if you're looking for a cheap place to chill this place is perfect. It's a clean place to lay your head at night.

Room was clean and fresh Lots of towels and pillows, mattress was firm linen was clean. Check in service was very courteous. No problems. Breakfast served until 9am

I would definitely return to Days Inn front desk staff are amazing. The bed and room was awesome and clean. The area was right in the middle of everywhere I needed to go. Security cameras were visual I felt very comfortable coming in at night. I highly recommend Days Inn.

I had rented a room for my stay in San Antonio. The room was big, clean and the bed was huge and made beautifully. I kinda wish I actually used my room but instead I ended up staying with my friend at his place my whole stay while I was there.

Great location. Easy to get to. But I now understand why it was so cheap for a weekend. My first room wasn't even serviced when I arrived. Unmade beds, linen on the floor, trash ect at 6pm. Promptly received a new clean room. Unloaded my vehicle, put drinks in the fridge and went to dinner. Upon arrival 2hours later neither my room nor fridge had cooled down. Family arrived and checked in. They were able to receive a room down the hall from us but their key card didn't work and had to have it reprogrammed. Their fridge didn't work at all but were able to switch theirs for another. My room didn't cool down until 11pm, 5 hours after we checked in. After visiting with family returned to room for showers and bed. For a family of 5 we only had 3 towels and the front desk was unable to help with that situation. Not only did the shower not have hot enough water and no tub stopper for my son's bath but the tub needed to be refinished so we wouldn't slip during our showers. Which we all did! On the one hand it was in a great location but then again after traveling over 200 miles the stress wasn't worth it. We won't be staying here again.
