Kirstie was great as was everybody else but she went above and beyond.

Robyn the receptionist was extremely hospitable, giving us coupons and maps with attractions around the area. Wonderful person. Rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds and solid bathrooms. Would recommend!

This was the first time myself and my family had stayed in this location. My parents also stayed the same weekend but in a different room. Both rooms had an odor, but neither of us took any thought initially. A few blood spots, or so appeared to be on the comforter in our room. Parents stayed in another room the same nights as we were booked and experienced a flooded toilet early the next morning. The water had completely flooded the bathroom and runout into the room which could explain the odor previously mentioned (maybe this has happened before). They were assigned a new room. We all left for a service. We came back to our room. My son used the bathroom and this toilet flooded our bathroom and run out into the room. I should also mention my parents were initially placed on the first floor and we were on the third. The flooding was brought to the manager’s attention and she basically stated the GM, Jay Patel, would not be issuing any refunds because it was too late in the day. Normal check-in is 3pm and we left at 4:30pm. I personally would never try my luck here again. Service was subpar and I’ve definitely stayed at better and not had to deal with or be aware of plumbing issues this great. Good luck on your stay!

I stayed at this hotel just one night. I was on my way to Chicago and needed to rest Halfway. It was perfect for my needs. Clean and comfortable bed, hot shower with clean towels, and a good breakfast. The hotel was quiet - even though there were some cars in the parking lot. The only two things I noted were: There was a security light right outside my room. The blinds did a good job of keeping the light out, but there was still some bleed through on the top. It didn’t bother me that much, but thought I would note it. There secondary lock on the door was broken. The piece that screws into the door was missing. The deadbolt worked just fine and I felt safe. Had I been staying more than one night, I would have mentioned it to the staff. All in all, I would stay here again!

Nice place. Parking lot could be little better. Lobby had a strange odor like someone was cooking Indian food. It was clean, and comfortable. I had a problem with the toilet running all night. I'm sure they would've moved rooms for me, but was simply too tired to deal with all of that. Also when I took a shower the shower head and tub were going at the same time. Seems to have some plumbing issues. Also the TV is standard definition which is really odd theses days, especially at 100 dollars a night.

Please make sure clean bedsheets and pillow covers are really clean. Out of 6 pillows 3 pillows had some big stains on them. Only their entrance ambience and rooms are good but not the beds.

i was not impressed by the lack of cleanliness that i found our room - we checked in and headed straight to the states fair - did not really go thru the room. when we came back to clean up for the night at the fair, i noticed 2 bobby pins on the bathroom floor - well, now i am going to look around. the lotion that is provided was used. the floor just looked dirty with 'lint' that stood out on the brownish carpet.. the drawers were not wiped out - it just leaves a bad taste in the mouth - i did mention this to reception, and i will follow up with management. staff was courteous. the breakfast was not the best ... minimal options for those wanting a light meal. i had yogurt for my breakfast.

On a par with most motels of that ilk. I would and will gladly stay there again. The TV reception needs to be better. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
