The company is a lie. I used to worked as a relay driver. A couple months into the company they turn around and demands to go OTR which is very inconvenient. There are no pay raises. Paycheck is never correct. Dispatchers are sometimey and half of them are not helpful. Hold times could last up to a hr and voicemail is always available for hr and the safety department. Its best to work during the day with the company, because at night you would get stranded somewhere. Just fired a coworker from the company during when she has Covid.

Watched one of your daycab drivers empty the trash from his truck onto the pavement at the Love’s in Jackson TN on the afternoon of 07/01/2022. Trash can was literally 10 feet from his truck. Not a good look for your company. Do better!

Booked a load with one of their India dispetch and guess what.....? After i drove 260 miles I arrived at the shipper, I called him for a pu # he said : your load is canceled..... He even didn’t call us to cancel, no email, nothing. Don’t work with them.

THEY RIPPED OFF MY HUSBAND OUT OF $500. UNPROFESSIONAL DISPATCHERS AND PAYROLL . HE WORKED 5 LOADS FOR FREE HIS CHECK CAME OUT ZERO BECAUSE HE RESIGNED AND LEFT HIS TRUCK AT MILAN YARD AND THEY PUT THAT THE $500 WAS A RECOVERY FEE. ON THEIR OWN YARD!!!!! DO NOT DRIVE FOR THEM! THIS IS POSTED ON MANY MORE SITES

Love how when u call in because one of there trucks are doing 90 plus on the interstate, and they turn it around on the caller. Safety said well no trucks should be doing that speed. I'll say this the next one who almost takes out my mirror he will be in a ditch sideways..

Worst customer service in the business. Tried to get someone on the phone to assist me and each time they tried to transfer me, the call dropped. Finally got a hold of a person, who rudely said, "we're not picking up today" - I asked "do you have a reason?", they said "Nope" and hung up. This type of service and communication is completely ridiculous. Don't utilize this company unless you want really bad service and to be treated poorly.
