Safety vest required, tandems to the back required before leaving guardshack. The first step is having your trailer inspected then drop it to the left. You'll fill out the sheet given to you at check in with your "311" pickup number, afterwards bobtail back to the guard shack and present your info and ID to the lady on the opposite side of the shack. I was here at 9am CST and the lady I encountered had less than stellar customer service skills. She said my load wouldn't be ready till noon and I had to leave the premises and park on the street at P&G, though there were other BT's parked there, curtains pulled, with no visible driver. 🤔 I will continue to service this customer and won't ding P&G for the rudeness of the drop yard attendant, honestly, I doubt anyone who can do something about it is even aware of the conditions. There is a free rest area with showers provided by the church that you can walk or possibly BT to. As previous drivers have stated, please be very respectful of the property and keep it clean. I'll update with my departure time. I checked back in around 2pm and had to wait about 20 minutes for my paperwork. The loaded trailers are on the right.

Dirt drop lot, dust bowl or mud pit. Scale on site ( cash only ) but it's a one time fee. When on scale, call and they give you weights. Trailer needs to be cleaned out. Do it before or deal with mud. If load is ready it's a quick process. There is a Loves close by to Scale. But it's cheaper on site.

If I could avoid this location I would. Sadly the staff is rude, and not helpful. Their parking lot is very confusing and they’ll get upset at you if you drop the trailer in the wrong location. They have a scale, which they charge at this time eight dollars to use. If it is working or if they are paying attention. The scale is nowhere near the gate house. Last time I went it was not working. You were loaded very heavy, last time I pulled out I was exactly 80,000 pounds.

Love the place most of the drivers that come here are great but u can’t please everyone but we do try. Prayers for all to have safe travels

Who do you have to talk with to get any useful information at all??? These people are completely clueless. The old bag at the window couldn't even remember her address. Maybe if she stopped feeding her XL mouth long enough she could think.
