Closed at Night Time until 8 AM. What am I supposed to do if I need to use the bathroom when the rest area is closed? The whole point of a rest area is that people come here to rest when they’re too tired to drive. I’m an OTR truck driver and I’ve been to just about EVERY state’s welcome centers/rest areas. I don’t remember any of them ever being CLOSED at night time! Do we need a government worker present in the building to do our business in the bathroom, or to hold our hand while doing it?. I may sound too outraged, but I’ve been holding a number 2 for a WHILE, waiting for the rest area to open?!

Always clean and nicely kept building and grounds. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It not only has nice facilities but it is a lovely place to stop and stretch. I don't think there are any vending machines. Check ahead but I think I recently read NH rules state you could park for 3 hours and take a nap in your vehicle. I am not sure if the hours of operation.

Excellent! One of the last rest stops to have two working payphones as well in case you need to make a call and your cellphone is dead.

NH rest areas are not amongst the best in the United States of America, but you do get to sleep for more than two hours. all rest areas have hours for restrooms unlike many others states that either employ people or have security cameras. People enter very fast and parking is not at full capacity.

Great place to take a leak. Also watch out for the upper deckers. Only strange thing I noticed is that some guys liked to double up on the stalls. I just ignore the moaning and do my business.
