Most Pilots have a separate area for RV's getting gasoline, not diesel. Not this one! Although the pumps are angled, the space between pumps is too small and the distance between the parking in front of the store and the pumps is too small. In short, if you are towing an RV, stop somewhere else.

The Happy Truck Driver for Pilot Travel Center
Is Pilot parking lot is bigger and easier to park in than the other ones. But it's still a pilot. There is a Wendy's inside if you like the stuff. And there's a truck wash in next door and a tire repair next door which is nice

Unfortunately the parking lot was packed full of people trying to get fueled but I'm thinking I is finally able to get a spot. I went and got lunch at Wendy's and the young man standing Behind the counter taking my order did an excellent job the fact that he took the time to Repeat back to me exactly what I wanted was really nice and I really appreciate it. Pilot flying J rarely gets 5 stars for me but today that guy has made pilot flying J aces in my book. Now if pilot flying j would stop watering down their diesel fuel I'd give them 5 stars all the time

If I could give a zero star I would. We are truck drivers. This is a truck stop, supposedly. To unassuming truckers from the outside you look like a truck stop that would accommodate the truckers basic need however that is far from the case. We needed to do laundry. Simple enough at a truck stop for truckers who have precious little time to get this task accomplished. 1 out of 4 washers was working. Seriously? Now I get to spend 3x's the amount of time to accomplish this basic need. What is wrong with this company that hates the truck driver!! ??

I had a blow out during a heavy storm. I asked the stuff on that night if it ok to leave my truck in the parking lot until I could get a tire and the weather cleared up. Of course they said yes there's no problems with. Thank you Angel for help out letting me do that. Love the friendly staff and good clean environment. There prices on goods not too bad either. Will continue to get fuel and other stuff.
