Pump & Pantry

I ran through the carwash on Diers Ave and Capital today @ 12:45. I paid for the top wash. My car was washed and was indicated to pull along to the blowers. As soon as I put it in the drive, a bunch of soap spits out all over my Arcadia, and of course, the blowers blew it all over my car. Next, the door shuts and locks me in there. I called the store, a girl answered, advised her of the situation and that soap just dumped all over my car, with a rude tone said she would be out. I sat there15 minutes, making me run late. The girl comes out, pushed the button to open the door, and says, there you go and walks back to the store. So, I had to pay for another car wash to get the soap off of my car—a waste of time and money. This usually is our go-to gas station year-round without cars, trucks, and boat. I understand equipment fails, but she was rude about it like I was wasting her time. I can just as easily fill up at Casey's from now on. Sincerely, Taunia Davis

This goes out to all the locations in NE. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, I think there needs to be an elimination of refillable containers in the store. Just my two cents.

I find it funny how the person in charge of public outreach chose to respond to a neutral rating. Just for that laziness I've lowered my rating to state my disappointment in the fact an employee wasted time responding to google reviews of no value. Good job dude. Respond to this.

This location is great. Cashier was very nice love the cinnabons were amazing he took the time to create a new batch so there was no icing lol. Much appreciated.

I would definitely rate this gas station high. It offers great customer service.
