I travel all over the US fixing and maintaining major highways and what not.The staff was very friendly, and very helpful with accommodating our needs. The beds are comfortable and clean. The only downer was the breakfast wasn’t that great… Waffles honey buns and other snacky sugary things and sometimes fruit…🫤 oh no I’d stay here again.

A $55 room was like a deluxe room! So clean and spacious loved it! The tv had good channels & they had all the essentials definitely had a good rest. Worth every penny! Staying here every time we in town from now on (and we are very picky when it comes to hotels)

Basic, run of the mill, Quality Inn so you know exactly what you are getting when you book a room...yes, it had hot water and comfortable enough bed but that's about it...no working ice machine so we had to go to the Shell station down the street for ice and the housekeeping Gestapo needs to dial it down a bit...I do not appreciate paying for a room until 12:00pm, leaving the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door so that I can get a decent amount of sleep and then having the Adolf Hitler of Housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:30am & waking me up to ask when I'm leaving...knocking on my door after 11:00am for a 12:00pm checkout is acceptable AND understandable but 8:30am is effing ridiculous! I'll never stay here again so thanks for ruining a decent trip, Housekeeping Hitler

Beware of the 4 king size bed rooms facing the street. Its very loud with i10 traffic in the room. I woke up at 2am, 3am, and 4am then couldn't go back to sleep. So i downloaded a noise app, sitting on the bed it has a 55 decibel noise level. This is equivalent to having a conversation with someone from 3 feet away, all night long.
I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk this morning and it was an unpleasant conversation. Later I told the manager of the same issue, again another unpleasant conversation.
To the hotels credit they did refund me 50% of my nightly stay. Also my wife told me the manager was kind to her at check out.
The rooms down the hall further away from i10 noise level shouldn't be as bad.

Been here for 2 months, displaced by apartment for remodel, so I have no choice of which hotel I'm assigned too. With the exception of 2 front desk staff members that are extremely professional & phenomenal in customer service & quick to resolve the problems that arise. The rest of the staff is confrontational, disrespectful, & completely lazy. Housekeeping refuses to clean rooms, making us take our trash out & bring our own towels. If you want cereal for breakfast, your probably safe. Other items probably don't meet safe edible standards. Over head light flickers even when off. The manager took the light bulb out at our request the first night we were here. However, it was replaced the next week by housekeeping & they have refused to fix it or remove the bulb for 7 weeks, causing migraines. The housekeeping staff has been some of the rudest, unprofessional, and unkind people I have ever encountered.
