People are nice the drug addicts surrounding the place are crazy.... The rooms are not cleaned well at all found things on the walls had to scrub out tub before use

Housekeeping staff did not replace towels or make the beds. Strong smell of natural gas that desk clerk seemed oblivious to. I also suspect mildew in the building, as my allergies kicked into high gear while staying there. Very disappointing; would not recommend staying here.

1. Tub had blue stains near the drain 2. Had a stink bug in the room 3. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work so you had to go all the way to the first floor for ice. 4. Gym was locked and the room keys couldn't open the gym. Even though it says 24 hrs 5. Was promised continental breakfast, but when I went down at 9, there was no food, no water, and no coffee. 6. The manager left without anyone to replace her. She left a note saying her daughter had a fever and she's been here for a day. She left the front desk key right in the open with the computer open and tabs off a couple customer info open. Anyone could have used it. 6. Bed was okay. 7. No coffee in the rooms, only decaf.

If I could give no stars I would. I Called corporate. There’s not ONE employee on site. Rooms were never cleaned. Hotel employee left at 8 am after working by herself for 18 hours. Corporate cannot get in touch with property owners. Manager. NOTHING. My moms’s room key deactivated in the middle of the night. How would she have gotten back in if my key didn’t work. Hotel front desk key was still on the desk that probably opens all the rooms. Computer was wide open. OPEN. With ALL customer information. Oh and another guest’s room was left open yesterday. OPEN!!!! Yet the room was NOT cleaned. I’ve called the cops.

You get what you pay for. The place was ok. Not a bad experience. Odd (& surprising) that the television and the refrigerator were run off the switch inside the door. We could figure out that the television was, but the refrigerator was a big surprise when everything was room temp because it was off all night. They had this cool vending machine in the hallway by the soda machine, great idea!! Every hotel should have one!!
