Rosa & Richard do an amazing job! They have excellent customer service & always do their best to accommodate our needs. Rooms & pool are clean. Love this hotel!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Checked in close to 2am. Front desk was very helpful. Got me in my room quick. Breakfast was great, only thing i can say is if you have to go north on I 10 you have to head south make a u turn and get back on I 10.

We had a couple of issues in the beginning but staff jumped right to it and got us all settled. Housekeeping Janet was great. Love coming when Rosa is on shift always smiling and in a good mood !

After reading all the bad reviews I was afraid to stay here. For the price it wasn't bad. The front desk man was very friendly. The building overall needs some TLC. The first room he was going to give me was not ready. The second room was pretty good. Air worked, didn't smell, clean. Nice comfortable bed. They did forget to put towels in the room and soap. They gave me the supplies I needed with no problems. The location to the airport for motorcycle classes was only 15 min away. About 15 minutes away from the amazing outlet mall.

I loved being on the 3rd floor. The view of the Franklin Mountains is great and it's convenient to a great laundromat and to the new shopping center across the highway and the Outlet mall is nearby too. The staff is terrific! Mimi and Ashley take care of you as if you were guests in their home. Breakfast is free and they offer it for 3-4 hrs and they never run out of sausage or eggs or big Belgian waffles and orange juice. I spent a whole month here and I enjoyed it so much that I'm missing it now.

Do not ever stay here! Horrible! -Minus 1 Star!!!
Once we "finally" got into our room after waiting hours (and reservation was booked in advance), we twice, during the night, had other guests trying to get into our room saying that "they" were booked for our room.
When we departed the next day, the manager couldn't find our receipt and promised to email it "later." Never happened. A week later I called after being billed TWICE and for two different amounts. She finally credited us back (3 weeks later) one charge, which was the lesser amount and what we were quoted, and charged us a higher amount. Never, ever will we stay there! I'd sleep in my car first.

Decent place to stay for the night, plenty of parking especially if you have a trailer and a moving truck. Comp breakfast good hot water. The room we stayed in the door was kind of iffy but other than that good experience. Would definitely stay again if I'm passing through.

Stayed here with a family member. The rooms are smaller than usual. The bed is super firm! Which I didn’t like but my sister was ok with, lol. They have a microwave and fridge in the room which a lot of hotels don’t usually have. The staff is extremely friendly here. Reason for the 2 stars is the room size....it’s just not big enough for two people. The bedding is definitely not what I saw online.

Usually this motel is a good choice for a reasonably priced accommodation, but this time was a disaster. The first night was fine, but when we returned to our room the second night our key didn't work. We spent 45 minutes in the hall waiting to get in our room. Finally somebody opened it with a passkey, but they couldn't give us a new key, so we had to eat in shifts the next morning. They hadn't cleaned the coffee pot in our room or left us any shampoo. The bedspread was just thrown up, but not really made at all. The breakfast lady was very friendly and provided a good breakfast, but we won't be back.
