Red Roof Inn Atlanta Southeast

The front desk was by far the worst. Her attitude when asking simple questions is beyond crazy. The rooms were filthy, not clean at all. They will begin knocking on your door at 8am for checkout(which is at 11). The elevator stopped working, they lock the stairs at night, and they had bedbugs on the 3rd floor. People were checking in just to check back out. The pool was not in service and the "restaurant" was not what you would think.

The company/ building and location is piss poor customer service, bug infested rooms, mold, wet beds, everyone had gotten sick from mold and dirty AC filters and not mention our first room had a dried up blood on the mattress as if a murder scene happened there! After disputing within 24 hrs of our stay, we return to the front desk for them to tell me no refunds and transfer us to another trashy as room! We tried to check out but again no refund and charged our card within mins of checking in! I’m currently calling the health department!

We've been stay here for about 2 years every single day during the week for work things get broken and not really repaired the pool is on we where told last year it will be cleaned out this year and filled up so people could enjoy it but to no avail they pushed it back till next summer and working in the sun we'd like to come back after a hot day and enjoy the pool and cool off it would make our long stay even better at this hotel other than that the people are nice and the rooms are clean

The stay was okay, but I'll note the things that could be improved on, so those considering this place are fully informed. Room: All room doors are inside, there is an elevator to the upper level, along with an ice machine. I didn't notice any snack machines. Contrary to the previous post, I saw no indoor bugs.. roaches or bedbugs. We stayed in a non-smoking King room which had a Queen bed with a cramped bathroom.. the door opens into the bathroom and almost hits the toilet. The shower is loud when it runs, but had nice pressure. The free travel suze items were few, compared to other RedRoofs. One tiny bar of soap and a single shampoo. The AC unit for the room runs rather quiet, but was so dirty (dust) that we had sinus issues after just a short while. I didn't smell any previous smoking done in the room. There was a microwave and a small fridge which we didn't use, but we're clean and the fridge put out a strong cold draft when I opened it. Outside the back exit: There is a tiny pool.. or rather.. would be, had it been filled. The dog-walk area wasn't cleaned up by dog owners or staff.. no doggy bags in the dispenser. Other: The key cards we had needed to be re-coded twice after being locked out of the building and having to walk around to get in at 1 am after waking our dog in the back.

One of the best Red Roof Inn’s I have stayed. The landscaping is very nice, a clean parking lot and a very nice lobby. My room was clean the bed was comfortable. If you are traveling south bound on 75 the location is perfect. And as you leave you can pull right into a gas station and fuel up. The staff were great the owner very pleasant but best of all our pets can stay. It’s hit or miss when you stay at a Red Roof but I would highly recommend this one.

Bathroom light didn't work, only exhaust fan worked. Room clean but no in room coffee maker. Mini fridge alright. Breakfast in morn from 6am to 9pm but you couldn't take food back to the room. Think it was pricey but maybe it was because it was a Friday night and getting late. Not knowing how far you'll get in a day makes it hard to plan sometimes. Staff was helpful and nice.

The staff was very polite but there were some issue with the room. The bathroom faucet was leaky, resulting in a constant noise, there was only a little bit of toilet paper in the room, and overall it was just a little dirty. They do allow pets, so it can be expected that's it's not as clean as other hotels, but housekeeping doesn't look like they check anything. I would not stay here again.

I was surprised to see banana trees and a lot of other tropical plants on the property the place is full of tropical plants. The Hefty guy at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful.. I would definitely go back there again next time I'm visiting the Atlanta metro area and if you need a cheap place that feels safe stay here.

The hotel is heavily planted with roses and other pretty flowering bush. The lobby is nice, smells like coffee. The front desk is always nice and pleasant, the manager Ray is wonderful and a dog lover. The young woman who house keeps is very sweet. The environment is quiet despite being down the street from some night social clubs and next to a busy gas station. The rooms are quite large, larger than other RRInns I've stayed. Over all it's a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

It's a nice hotel. I stayed in a single room with a king sized bed and after traveling for awhile, that was a sure nice comfort and felt amazing. TV had issues but I did not care due to how tired I was and that I had a laptop to watch some shows. The staff are nice and the amenities are well cleaned and maintained.
