Very clean and nice. Free wifi as well with special charging stations and soft comfortable chairs (see pictures). The cute small shop with a coffee machine (capuchino, latte etc). Sandwiches and snacks.

Large, clean and comfortable welcome center / rest stop. It has a large outdoor dork park, playground for children, indoor / outdoor seating, restrooms, community room, and food market. It is very well maintained. Note there is no fuel here (as is normal with NY welcome centers).

We are from Nevada and stopped here on our way to Niagara Falls. We hoped to get some information about the state park and the best way to see the falls. We were disappointed that there was basically nothing at this welcome center about this world famous landmark, which people travel from around the world to see. The state of New York totally missed the mark on this one! Fortunately, the young man behind the sandwich counter gave us a map of the state park, clear driving directions, and even pointed out the best observation spots on the American side. We had a great visit thanks to a young man who went over and above his job duties to help us out.

The best welcome center / rest area that I visited so far. Clean rest rooms and a big dine in area along with a restaurant (Taste NY) inside the building. There are few entertainment spots though out the area. There's a big lot of parking for cars and trucks individually with an awesome view to highway.

Nice stop with a shop inside devoted to products made in NY! Cheapest Official "I❤️NY" shirts.. $10. Seen as high as $20 in Niagara Falls! And a dedicated dog area with fire hydrants.

Wonderful place. Sparkling clean and informative friendly staff. The highlight was finding NYS and local products being sold. Excellent COVID precautions being observed including free bottles of hand sanitizer given to visitors. Yay NYS on this one!!

They did a good job designing this rest stop. Building and restrooms are very nice. This was not planned for easy on off the highway.
