I would give 0 stars but have to give 1. Blew a super single and a air bag. What was left of the tire I removed. Spent the night in their yard. Checked in in the morning. Said they had a used tire $500. But didn't have a airbag. I found one in Wichita. Was told they would take old bag off and be ready for me when I got back with airbag. Went to Wichita got a call the tire they had was wrong size. Went to pomps tire and got a new one $100 dollars cheaper then the used one. Got back from Wichita and trailer had not been touched. Once they decided to get to me it took them 1 hr 15 mins to airbag and put on a tire at the cost of 265. This shop is all about themselves and could care less about their customers (my opinion). I will drive to Wichita before I ever go there again. The pics show 2 tires with the price of $400 each. Don't think they would pass dot.

IF YOU HAVE A TRUCK WITH A DETROIT DIESEL ENGINE THIS IS NOT THE SHOP FOR YOU!!!!!! I had a truck break down on a Sunday evening and had to have it towed it ended up at Sun Valley because it was the closest shop to where the truck broke down and I was unable to get a hold of any shops on a Sunday evening so I was unable to do any due diligence. Monday morning roles around and I get a hold of them and was told they are incapable of working on my truck because they don’t have Detroit software to plug it in to see what’s wrong with it. The staff was very friendly (which is why they get two stars) and recommended I take it to Runyon Diesel Service which was helpful but it means I have to pay to have the truck towed somewhere else. I realize it’s my fault for assuming that a shop would be able to plug into a Freightliner since there the number one selling truck on the road but sometimes you shouldn’t take things for granted. Just hoping by writing this review I can save someone else an extra tow bill.

I'm writing this review while waiting for the shop to open. I'm on a tight schedule, and I already lost 6 hrs cause I couldn't find any shop to change a tire last night, including Loves. It's Saturday, and the hours of operation posted on their website are 7:30 AM to 5 PM. I drove from Loves Hutchinson KS, (only 3 miles away) and parked in front, waiting. At 8 am somebody comes. He said they don't do work for outsiders on Saturdays. What a bummer... Cheers guys, and good luck.

They are all good people

$640 for a PM and I left with no grease on my 5th wheel and half my grease fittings dry. HORRIBLE! Wondering about all these reviews by employees, seems like a nice way to get fake ratings, pay your people to do it.

I work there cause I like them.

I have been here a year, wish I had found this company back in 2013 when I got back into the industry. H&M Trucking out of Omaha and Pelkey Trucking a division of Sun Valley Inc. These two companies are the best companies I have worked for since 2013. The difference in Pelkey Trucking vs H&M is that Pelkey Trucking a division of Sun Valley Inc. Allows you to run like an O/o but yet still be a company driver they are also 100% family focused and respects the input from there drivers I plan to stay here until retirement.

Bunch of good guys to work with and work for. They take good care of their equipment. Just a real friendly environment.

They lied to me...and act unprofessional towards me...they do seem to conduct themselves in corrupt activities by altering/manipulating drivers electronic logs. I thought they would be a good company to work for...but come to find out, another corrupt/unprofessional company, for the most part. : (

Good company to work for they treat you right!

Worst service. Doesn't have any idea what is going on in their shop. Tells one of my staff one thing and then claims to have no idea about our truck when talking to another person claiming it's the first time they have heard of it after weeks of phone calls and messages, along with having voice mail proof, from that the exact person, does know about our vehicle. Find someone else or go to Wichita. I don't know how anyone can think this is the place you should take your trucks.
