Only hotel where I've paid more for my pets to stay than my children! Non-refundable $25 per pet fee that isn't mentioned on the website. They also demand paperwork for service dogs which is against the law. Needless to say, I would never stay here again and would rather sleep in the car. "Free Breakfast" was non-existent and refused late check out even for diamond reward level Wyndham members. Stay in Joplin instead!!

The air conditioner was not on when we got there so the room was stuffy and took a long while to cool down. The rooms were clean though. The website said grab and go light breakfast- but there was nothing. They said it was because of covid but there are plenty of pre-packaged breakfast items that could have been offered. If Covid was the concern, why didn't they wear masks and why was the ice machine still working-which was self serve? Finally, the signage was poor visibility to enter the location from the various access points.

This hotel has a great team and a lotta style. The rooms are well furnished, spacious, and there is plenty of hot water. A good size fridge and microwave oven plus a small coffee maker made for effective food storage and prep. A real desk chair helped with long hours at the computer. Everything worked. Team members were courteous and knowledgeable. The lobby and bedding hearken back to the era of hunting and fishing lodges. I have been enjoying my stay.

the bed was really hard.. the yellow blanket on the bed was itchy.. the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way.. it was broke.. it smelled like smoke on the second floor in the hallway.. we checked out the next day..

Had to sign a waiver that we wouldn't smoke in the non-smoking room, but I'm not sure how they would tell. The entire hotel already smelled like smoke!! The beds were okay. Everything was clean, it just ALL smelled like smoke.
