The Jackson for T-W TRANSPORT INC
I believe in: "if you don't have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all" as a educated professional business woman and new lady trucker this company does what's best for them and their company. However, if you get hired on they do the same for you as well. Although, I didn't make it through orientation for a shocking and unreasonable reason. I feel that it wasn't meant to be. There are millions of other companies out there people just keep it moving until you find your place! Bashing this company will not benefit me at all! They don't listen to the drivers, been in trucking for 42 years. Managers protect there own little kingdom. One hand doesn't know or communicate with others to know what there doing. They think there doing a good job, but turnover rate is 100 percent. Good over the road companies have driver turnover of 15 to 30 percent, not 100 to 200 percent. Turnover rate and advertising for drivers tell you everything. They do have a few good dispatchers, but have some very incompetent management. Shop is substandard. Owners isolate themselves from the main employees.

I was fired last night for having received a speeding ticket, 65 MPH in a 60 MPH, this previous Saturday morning, there in Spokane, Washington while traveling eastbound on I90, exiting the freeway during an emergency on Exit #289 down Sunset Hill. The Washington State Trooper did not care, neither did the company. That is very unjust being the fact, I'm innocent until proven guilty! Especially when having been cited for 5 over the speed limit while experiencing an emergency. I hired an attorney through Open Road to dispute the citation and have the points expunged from my California H6. That is a California State driving record. Their actions are absolutely ludacris!!!! TWT will back stab you in a heartbeat!!!! I'm sadly a firsthand victim!!!! They need to know details prior to jumping to conclusion. Yet, they complain of not ever having enough operators, well that is because you fire your best drivers. How is the retention of your drivers? Did you ever think to keep and work with the one's you currently have? Or even listen, and or gather details prior to an official, informal termination? This all took place over the phone mind you! You need to be reasonable, listen, real, genuine, understand and find a solution to fix a problem, if at all present. Not jump to conclusion without further details and terminate your employees on the spot when following protocol. That action on your part is absolutely rediculous!!!! New employees may be worse than the one's you currently have!!!! Did that ever occur to you? Sadly, I honestly enjoyed working for TWT at the time!!!!!! 💥💥 WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM!!!! DO NOT WORK FOR TWT!!!! PROTECT YOUR CDL!!!!! 💥💥
