CARRIERS BE AWARE; WILL SHORT PAY YOU Did the full job as required. They had us wait for the day while they figured out how to properly broker the freight. Refused to pay detention or anything of that sort. DNU

So I booked a load with Don Couch, he did not give us a warning or anything that the pick up location is all the way at the end of a business park/center, it is almost impossible to get in there and back your truck into. Both the broker and the shipper acknowledged that the only way to back in there, is back up the whole time till you get to their last door on their last building, and then you have to cut a major chunk of grass off, and that is the only ay to get a door. I wish he would of told us or showed us that this could be super difficult and dangerous. Refused to pay us anything for a TONU, and didn't even want to listen to us. Said he cant pay it because we were late. I would stay away.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!! tori and her team are liars and talk to people like everyone is below them. Book driver but shop around and cancel last minute if she find someone cheap. If you threaten to call her company tori calls all flirty and make fake promises about doing good business. She say she be the best broker the company has if that be true Trident will be the last company we do business with and should be for you to!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a load with them. They seemed professional. They sent me a rate confirmation. All signed. I thought it was odd that the pickup did not have a phone number, so I Googled them and called for confirmation of pick up. They never called me back. I guess I should have waited but I then booked other loads because I had a signed rate confirmation. Then the next day I get an email that I was no longer on the load it has been rescheduled. So I noticed the load is still posted in truckstop.com. I tried again calling the pickup location to see what had happened to the load and they kept giving me the runaround that they will call me back but they never do. Going by this and other reviews I hear what I think they do is keep the posting up until they find somebody cheaper and then screw you. Since this really screwed up my schedule and caused me expenses I asked about a TONU and they said they do not provide one. Stay away. I know I will. Good luck with that business model.

Although I have started using Trident just recently, it has been only positive. My representative, Mary, is a consummate professional who keeps me up to date if there are any changes on a delivery. She is definitely an asset that puts a great face on this company. My freight bills are consistently correct, but if there is an issue just call or email them. They are more than happy to discuss a resolution.

I sincerely enjoy working with Trident Transport for the simple fact that I rarely have an issue with any of the loads we run from Trident. I love working with Zach Thornton because of the great communication we get from him and he makes our job very easy. Zach is very responsive and professional and because if this we will continue working with Trident Transport for many years to come.
