if i could give zero stars i would!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I called the corporate offices on 7/26/22 at 8am and got THE ABSOLUTE WORST OPERATOR I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!! I had an emergency situation and she has the worse customer service skills!! she was unhelpful and extremely rude!! i asked for her name and she said “i don’t have to give you my name! i’m the operator”! she needs to be fired!! she is the absolute worst representation of this company!! SHE’S IN CORPORATE?!! that says a lot about this company ! absolutely disgusting customer service !! SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO HANDLE EMERGENCY SITUATIONS!! A MANAGER NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO ME ASAP!!!

DIGNITY LOGISTICS INC for US XPRESS INC
Didn't pay TONU! Seems like we didn't have issues with some other brokers, but we had an issue with OLIVER RICHMOND, booked a load with him on Tuesday, checked in at the shipper and were informed the load was supposed to pick up yesterday, and were told we can only reschedule for Sunday. He didn't want to pay TONU said if we wanted we could wait till Sunday (from Tuesday) to pick it up. Driver spent the whole night there waiting to hear that they can only reschedule in 5 days.

The Truth for US XPRESS INC
On April 27, 2022 at 3:30 - 3:50 pm, your driver hauling trailer number 204121 with Tennessee tag number 243301T became a great liability your company needs to do away with. This person hogged and bogged down the left lane all the way through Bradley County, TN while flipping people off and angering everyone on the interstate. They have a serious problem, pull them aside and get it handled before people are killed or seriously injured.

Jesus Falcon for US XPRESS INC
This is the worst company I've ever hauled a load for. It's been 4 weeks now and they are not giving me an answer on the 13 hours my driver lost between shipper and receiver. I booked this load with Kelsey David (Get away from her if she answers the phone on a load you are interested), and she never answered my phone calls, or even replied to the emails I sent her. She never even replied when I let her know it was taking too long to load and unload my driver. Only thing I can think about is that they are collecting my detention and keeping it to themselves. Should be an option for 0 stars
