ALDI

I stopped into Aldi to find some dried fruit that I can't normally find in grocery stores ( I use to live in Germany many years ago & Aldi was a favorite place to shop). I found some things that I wanted at a very reasonable price. I'll go back again to pick up a few other things when I have more time.

Cheap, dirty, disgusting and dark. Not the type of supermarket to go to. Off brands that are worse, and everything they sell is disgusting, expired. Trust me! This area sucks but this mall is taking me a step closer to hell. I highly recommend going to the west side for shopping. Not here!

Horrible shopping experience. Not only is it difficult to park inside the small parking lot, if you can't find an open spot you are forced to park outside, which is fine, except this is Broadway!!! There is triple parking on the streets with cars competing for the city parking. Then once you do find a spot and go into Aldis you'll be pressed to learn that they don't have as many shopping carts as there are people. I had to ask security person where the carts were and he replied "they keep stealing them so we haven't ordered more. Only the few here is what you can use and people hawk them from each other in the parking lot" so yeah I have to chase down customers with shopping cart or stalk them around the store and ask them for it (calling dibs) otherwise you'll have to shop with whatever you have on you. On my second visit I ended up shopping with one of their empty carton boxes cause they still have not bought new shopping carts. Go at your own risk.

Wonderful prices, great meat quality and in the Harlem area. Did all my Thanks -for-giving dinner shopping n then some $$. Go and load up your little red wagon.

For to be in NYC and keep the same price cheapest as in every location. I don't know how aldi keep there with such expensive place. Even target increases its price for to be there is the most target expensive. I used purchase in target and is higher prices that other target. The only problem there is the 6 dollar parking for 2 hours. Although maybe some can park around street in that busiest place in ny. Good for Aldi!

I needed some cherry tomatoes for a feta cheese pasta recipe. I also purchased a bag of mandarin tangerines. The vegetables and fruits at Aldi's in general are fresh and at a good price. The only drawback is, get there early because the fruits and vegetables go fast.

I love to visit Aldi if you want a place where you can find everything you want go to Aldi. Good quality, fresh merchandise, even the meat and salads are really fresh. The prices of their products are really affordable. I use to buy oat milk from Amazon a 32 ounces for more than $5 dollars and after I found out that I could find the same oat milk and in a bigger portion for less money I didn't think twice to change amazon for Aldi. With the price of one on Amazon I get three on Aldi and 64 onces the double portions. I invite you to see by yourself and you will see. Good luck.

Can't say enough nice things about this place. Lines can be a little cumbersome but when you're saving dozens-hundreds of dollars a trip, you've gotta learn to pick and choose your battles. Not to sound hokey but literally changed my life and is the best addition to East Harlem in decades.

Pleasantly surprised with this location. I found the shelves well stocked, organized and clean. You really can’t beat the quality and prices anywhere. It reminds me of Costco without the need to buy in bulk. The produce section did seem a bit bare however, but that could have just been the time of day I went.

Is like a mini Costco :)
