My experience is very bad with them taking too long, sitting in the truck waiting for check-in many of many hours after when you got to a dock Take your tractor to outside many hours outside no sleep no relax.
No Driver. No owner operator shouldn’t come. This place is my opinion.

The worst of delivers. Checked in at 12:30pm and got a door at 9:30pm. Dropped trailer and got a call to pick up trailer at 1pm the next day. You will be waiting to get unloaded for 24 hours. When you get here park at guard shack and walk to window 1 to check in.

Horrible place to deliver.
Don’t ever want to come back to this dc.
Currently been waiting 9 hours and counting.
Wish I never took this load.
Detention pay is not worth it. Layover pay is not worth it.
Truck drivers always get the short end of the stick.
No respect for our time.

As a worker here, you don't get treated as a human but as a number. The buildings outbound department is always low on staff because of how they handle and run things back there. They make one person work on the trucks at a time which makes loading longer than what it needs to be. They put mostly women onto the trucks and have the men do a easier job. I refused to work on the trucks alone with heavy boxes and totes and to be rushed especially with no help.

The worst Amazon deliver location and the women at gate rude as heck. Appt 14:00 arrives 12:31 cked in and waited over 8 hours you will burn down your clock. Don't come here slowest workers in Texas next to home Depot DC of Dallas

Never go there to delivery! Live load for them means drop a trailer an drive to a truck stop and wait for more than 12 hs. For 4 pallet delivery. People rude nothing for drivers. They have space for allow bobtail wait in North side but they don't care just want to screw your logbook. Super bad management after there I went to Little Rock AR. 30 min in out. Staying area, restroom, microwave, lounge with a/c. Super different amazon dc just because the management. Oh sorry Dallas also wait in line to gate for check in 3 hs in line, awesome 👌 👏

My original appointment was at 12pm on the 3rd and was rescheduled, for 9 AM. On the 4th, I checked in at 8 o’clock in the morning and it is going to be 1 o’clock in the afternoon and they are still working unloading me. I’ve been here since yesterday so there is two days I lost. ( the $200 dollars layover is nothing compared with the money that you are making me lose)

This place never ever comes back here at any cost . Most of them are rude and ignorant .I was workers with amazon for 3 years, and most amazon places nice clean polite. Right here, they never ever improved the worst place ever, even amazon load kicked me out live load out side no parking look pic

Don't forget to leave a review at the ftw1 truck entrance on Google maps. The long running historical reviews are completely accurate. From waiting 3 hrs to get a door for live unload then told to drop trailer on door and leave property and wait for call that could take between 2 and 6 hrs. pretty accurate it took them 6 1/2 more hrs to call me. 10 hrs total I was 30 min early for appointment. This location goes in the do not ever deliver too book.

Some management makes this a terrible place to work. Coworkers can be helpful at times but most just want to be lazy. Lots of favoritism and drama going around. Place has gone bad recently and not much being done to fix it. 2020 update they fixed quite a few things by firing all of upper management. Now the place is fun to work at. Slow changes but for the better.

I wish I could give them minus 100000+ stars and that isn't enough. I'm now here since 10 hrs and I have still 5 trucks in front of me. Now they are making a break from 6 to 8pm. That means if I have luck I'll be at the guard house after 12 hours. That sucks. Oh than I have to wait to get unloaded for I really don't know many more hours. The next load I'll refuse that is for sure. I forgot to tell you that these people here are very rude

When I come here and join my dad on loads we’re always leaving and exiting. I don’t know much about things that people like my dad do but when we hook up the trailer and go to exit, there’s always something wrong with what my dad did. As of right now, they see something is wrong with the trailer when they clearly told us to hook it up. They are so unorganized and look like they just wanna leave. The guard shack tells us to hook up a trailer and when we try and exit there’s always something wrong. If you come here, prepare to be here for a while and get comfortable.

Truck drivers be warned that if your are delivering here you will experience very looooooooong wait times and that is just to check in @ the gate then have to leave property to get unloaded. You would think a tech company like Amazon would have an efficient system but not here and you end up wasting your whole day delivering to this facility. Do not say you were not forewarned before attempting delivery.
