I just went to see someone there but it all seemed quite good. It was set up like apartments. They are in a great location for access to lots of things including an intersection of highways. The rest of my knowledge about it is spotty at best as I was just visiting.

I booked two nights through Agoda, and when I arrived to the hotel, apparently the hotel staff said they didn’t even have the 1 double bed room I had booked through the Agoda app. So instead, they put us in a “suite” (which was a kind gesture) but the “suite” was just actually just an old apartment in the rundown building next to the front office. I immediately upon entering the room saw 4-5 baby roaches scattered within the room (room 1309). The elevator to get to the room had graffiti and smelled bad. Instantly I regretted booking this hotel. I went back down to the office and refused to stay there and went to the Hampton across the street instead.
I will say However the front office lady Brenda was very kind and accommodating and gracious. She offered a refund on the room but unfortunately she wasn’t able to because I booked on the Agoda app. She was very kind and helpful though.
I’ve stayed and America’s best value before but this location unfortunately was very rundown. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Went there to visit a new friend we had a wonderful time big beds large rooms actually had two king size beds so we were able to start in one and finish it in another really nice brand new hotel really loved it she really safe quiet secure I enjoyed it so did my friend

This place deserves a higher rating. When I travel I always stay at cheap hotels and this has been the cheapest and still the best! No bugs, no weird smells, no crackheads, the room is HUGE like a one bedroom apartment, nice staff.

It was terrible. The hot water in the shower only lasted about ten minutes. Every morning, they would enter into my room, even though I had placed a Do Not Disturb notice on the door. The first room they offered to me had no working lights. They tried to charge me twice for two days, in the which I showed them via Bank statement that they had already taken the money out. Shady characters walking around late at night. I would not suggest EVER staying there under ANY circumstances. My name is Elliott Johnson and I approve this message!

The people at the front desk and housekeeping were awesome!! Carolina and Joseph are gold as employees. The security is extremely excellent and professional, we had a king suite w fireplace. Only problem w had was the water didn't have steady hot-cold sometimes one or the other would be out or too strong.

Spacious rooms in a condo-like setting containing a few separate buildings with none over 3 stories. Dated and used furnishings. No kitchen supplies, dinner ware or utensils. Front desk staff not very welcoming or friendly, but they get the job done. Be forewarned that there is a $100 deposit (CASH ONLY) required.

Stayed there twice during our evacuation due to the flooding in Tulsa that never actually effected our home. Was nice place, very clean, good prices, and friendly staff. If it weren’t as nice as it was, we would have found someplace else to stay the second time. My son and youngest daughter also stayed there and had no complaints.

My stay was great! Loved how roomy the King suite with kitchenette was! It fit my needs perfectly! The location was good, the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy! I loved it and plan on returning sometime in the future.
