Appointment time 0700.Checked in at 0600. Docked at 0830. It is now 1330 and they have not even started unloading my trailer.

Over 8 hrs to get unloaded. This is just unacceptable. Will never come back here ever. I am so sick of places that do not respect the time of the people delivering there goods. Every hr I have to wait is money they are stealing from me and my family.

These ladies were real helpful when we found out there was an appointment glitch. Was about to two sit for 2 days waiting for my load. Instead my dispatcher found another load for back to Denver.

You are guaranteed to stuck here 6+ hours. After 3, 4 hours from ur appointment time you will get dock. U will keep waiting to get unloaded at the dock for another 3, 4 hours. When u get finally green light u gonna wait another few hours to get bills. These operations are normal thing to them. It’s just how they are, how they do business here

One star just for parking lot, too slow-slow-slow, be ready waiting 24 hours, appointment 3:00am, check in midnight, now 11 45am still waiting for unloading, it's Ridiculous!!!!!

Most unsafe environment I've ever seen. Damaged and misplaced cases everywhere. Broken pallets are used and empties are often placed on end around the warehouse. Mangled inbound pallets aren't reworked before being put away in reserve by forklifts. Marijuana smoking in the lockerroom. Safety rules aren't actually followed as trained in orientation. Employees aren't directly supervised, its 100% based on numbers. A larger facility is needed before someone dies. Probably a new management team needed as well. These people just don't care. Out of 20 warehouses I've done work for, this is the worst.
