They need that appointment number to get unloaded, apart from that 1.30 hours unloading after appointment time, 2 hours loading on a different day, they work, only by appointments.
One way entry and exit is on the other side of the building.
Nice clean restrooms, and driver lounge. Dock door 73 for check-in for loading, Dock door 29 for check-in for unloading

I’ve picked up at this facility several times. It’s hit or miss. They’re constantly and consistently short staffed. More trucks and less staff equal longer load/unload times. They’re slow…everything is slow. Slow check in with shipping & receiving.. slow to get backed into a door…slow to load…slow to get paperwork…and please don’t have to get loaded on dock door 72 side. They move like pond water…

My experience was different. Everyone was nice and respectful to me and they didn't hold me up all night. Guess I was lucky. You enter where it says "Main Entrance" then you go round to the other side for 1845 address

Checked in at 7pm for an 8pm appointment. Got into door at 730pm... Wasnt allowed to open doors until someone came out and gave you the "ok" to do so..Didnt get backed into the dock until 10p...Loaded at 1030pm... The lady in the guard shack named Probe (I more than likely spelled it wrong) ,but she was extremely nice.

Just when I thought, for a first time, (after horrible experiences in Las Vegas an Los Angeles) I will have a good experience with Americold, I got disappointed. Guard lady was awesome, polite, explained everything very nice. Check in, horrible super slow lady. But once I got a door, the guys were super quick. Full truck in 20 minutes got offloaded. Than comes the nightmare, waiting for your paper, back to the super slow lady, another hour, and than waiting outside for her to finish blah blah with a dock guy.

People here are rude and disrespect to drivers.
I missed the appointment wait over night and today after unloading not providing paper work on time and I miss the pickup two days spoil here. Worse experience.
No one talk properly .
One reason I give one star that guard are very good
Other wise they deserve zero stars.
And they also charge the 212us dollar fine
