I was there maybe all of 2 hours. I was 9 hours late. My appointment was actually rescheduled due to the shipper over loading me, I wasted hours going to a scale and having to go back to have pallets removed so I couldn’t make it during the first appointment. They took me anyway and was very nice on top of that, they almost didn’t, but I appreciate it especially after driving in Atlanta traffic and driving all day in the heat.

I have to be honest,when I read the review I was really disappointed but I have to said that got impressed about costumer service,the security,the receiving woman and the forklift guy,all of them were very nice and professional,I had and appointment at noon and arrived about 10:00 AM and they sent me right away to the door,but there were a trailer on that door,I have to wait for the truck yard lady to moved it,she was very rude when I tried to explain that I was needed that door but beside that,the costumer service was really nice and quickly.. I was empty in 35 minutes the full trailer.. thanks you so much

The staff here were very friendly, they let me park overnight in a broken dock which was really awesome, shunt drivers, and the gentleman unloading were very friendly and very fast. Great experience! One of the best, if not the best Americold’s in the land!

Found gate was told check in was at gate on back of building. Checked in, was told to go back to original gate for shipping. Slow lady in booth, finally she tells me to go back to other side for shipping office. Shipping clerk was efficient. 1.5 hrs. to pick up a preload.

NO PARKING ALLOWED ON STREET ANYMORE PER LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. YOU WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE OR RECEIVE A TICKET AND BE TOWED. Correction....the company across the street from AmeriCold is the company that is calling the cops. If nobody parks on their side of the road, everyone is left alone. If someone parks on the opposite side of Americold then they start trouble.
Pull in/out WIDE. All that space and both curbs get hit hourly. Watched two Martin drivers back to back hit the curb pulling in a wide open driveway.

1/27/19. Sunday. 07:00 delivery. I checked in at 06:30. Docked and disconnected immediately. Unloading began 07:15. Empty 08"15. I have had long waits here before. Different company driving for also. No complaints.

Was at the 1740 address Sunday afternoon to get loaded. Arrived an hour early, was getting loaded 30 min later.
The three people I interacted with were all great. There was only one other truck there when I arrived. Maybe I got lucky, it being Sunday. Best experience this week for sure.

My experience was very good. Arrived three hours early. Security lady was as nice as can be. Office ladies also very nice. Gave me a dock door immediately. It was dd 27 which was a little tight but got in fine. I wasnt in the door for 10 minutes and they were loading me. In and out in an hour and a half. No complaints.
