I requested reword on my load at BDR Express and was out in one hour. These guys were referred by Costo to reworked three pallets that were improperly loaded by a shipper in Dallas to be delivered to Costco Monrovia MD. They worked in the cold, and did it fast in an effort to get me back to my receiver in time. Three pallets were shifted aft and down while in route and kept me from opening doth doors.

Staff and drivers not very professional and must have a high turnover rate b/c there is new drivers entering warehouse all of the time and never knowing where to go or what to do
