This Best Western doesn’t deserve the 4 star on the web or even to be represented by the Best Western name. This place needs a lot of updating. Beds and all linens are so worn and have been used well beyond their time. Dog friendly room was with urine spots on floor. We have always used BW for our travels and have booked and paid for reservations beforehand, but this was an entire mistake. The biggest problem was it was the most expensive price I’ve paid.

The rooms are clean. The bed is hard. At least this one is, but clean. Towel are scratchy. The room next to our has a squeak in the door. So we heard them go in and out all night long. The pool is beautiful and so is courtyard. They do have Breakfast, but if your on a special diet forget. Go to split pea soup restaurant and have BK. If you go on book ap, they don't tell you that you can get a trucker rate. You have to call them for the room. And they don't tell you there a pet deposit of 30.00 dollars per pet. Other then that it's alright. But the Best Western in Tulare is the Best of the Best. Talk about a Feer BK and diet friendly. And trucker friendly too. As well as pet.

Older hotel but inside the rooks have been refurbished. Everything is top line except air conditioner. It was hot in the room initially but in a few hours on high it cooler off. Convenient for truck drivers across the street from Travel center of America and beside The Loves. There's a restaurant that will give you 10% off if you show room key beside hotel and nearby Dell taco, Carl's Jr, Popeyes, Wendy's
Update a/c quit working called front desk from room 5x let it ring until it Hung up on me . Called from my personal phone something. Unplugged ac reset it and plugged back in and it worked. Went to use computer for business next day computer wouldn't work. Totally not worth staying here for business or comfort and service. The day manager was nice pleasant and professional. Evening Totally different

Tractor trailer parking fits about 15 rigs side by side but you can manage a couple more at different angles behind these spots (on the property truck parking area). It is pavement not dirt. Addition Tractor trailer parking area is directly across this lot in an abandon pavement lot. Rooms have patio window doors that I didn't like (personal preference), but the room was great, very clean and staff was great.

Rate seemed a bit high but they had a lot of truckers there. Room was clean and secure. Breakfast was fine. Air conditioner was complicated and we couldn't figure it out. It is located close to the freeway so is convenient. Also close to places to eat including Andersen's Split Pea Restaurant.

Huge, comfortable, quiet room. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having 2 chairs so we could sit and watch TV. The breakfast included eggs and bacon, which were delicious. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Convenient location for travelers on I-5.

They try hard and doe a good job. The location has everything. Good eating choices, Starbucks, gas etc. Easy on and off. But more important it's clean and quiet. I always have a good stay here.

It's perfect, EXCEPT:
-The bed is too hard
-The pillows are TOO tall (even for side sleeping)
Literally everything else about this hotel was perfect, but because of the beds and pillows it wasn't a good night's sleep.
It was clean as a whistle. Bathroom was nice. Decor was nice. Breakfast was great. But in the end I didn't sleep well, and if that's what you're looking for try to bring your own pillow.

The room and the rest of the accommodations were very clean, exactly what you’d want/expect from a hotel. New furnishings and cool balcony, it was a great stay. But the reason for my high review is the staff, after leaving an extremely expensive camera in the room I called and the item was found immediately and taken to the UPS store to be shipped to me the same day. They were extremely easy to work with and reassuring, even with the stress I added to the situation. Very happy with my experience, would recommend and stay again. Thank you, Regina!
