I’ve been going here for about 15 years 2 weeks ago they did some work on my trailer and for the first time in so many years it wasn’t done right MOST LIKELY DUE TO A FAULTY PART! The owner called me back and offered to cover my bill at the next shop where I had to stop to fix it again I just went back to them to get some tires and not only he deducted that charge but also fixed for free another mistake that the second shop did!!! Thank you BIG RIG!!!

Called for roadside assistance and they dropped everything to come to my assistance while sitting in over 100 degree heat in the middle of nowhere New Mexico. Joey was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using them. Can’t give enough thanks for everything! Joey your awesome!

My husband, myself and my 80 year old Mother were traveling home to Durango, CO in our Motor Home and we lost power. The owner of this establishment answered the phone promptly and said bring it to me. It was a Sunday. Everyone was closed, but Big Rig. We provided one fuel filter but couldn’t find the other, Big Rig didn’t have it, but one of the mechanics went next door to the TA and found one. The staff was so kind and this is why Big Rig has such good ratings. This Shop and owner went beyond the call of duty to help my family get back on the road. He was a true American who cared for others and I even had the opportunity to meet his sweet wife Olga. This is a gem of a place if you ever need service on your truck and even maybe your Motor Home. We prayed this would work out and it did all because of this great mechanic shop. Thank you and God Bless!

We drove in with leaky tires on our Sprinter RV late on a Saturday afternoon (6/11/22). Chris and his son took care of us after answering a previous road call and promptly replaced our rear tires so we could be on our way. Truly thankful for their professionalism, honesty and good work on a hot summer day! Would totally recommend this business if you need any work done during your travels across the SW!

Very quick to help us out. Traveling in a Motorhome and needed a fuel filter changed. We pulled in and within minutes he came out looked at it and had filters in stock to change for a Detroit diesel motor. Charge was normal. No jacked up prices. We kept his shop number on our phone. Located right off I 40

We just want to take a moment to say “THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU” we appreciate your business immensely and we are very grateful for your prompt 24hr service Big Rig Truck Service! After getting stranded since midnight on west bound I40, on a unsafe side of the hwy, 60 miles from yhe nearest town, and calling about 7 listed 24hr towing services in the nearest towns, not one of them wanted to come help us. They all said they had no tow trucks available 🙄. One of them (Safer Road Service) even confirmed he was on his way (60 miles away) and billed us a $1377.00 invoice, and got our card info, just to tow us to Albuquerque, only to call us back 30 minutes later to say he couldn’t make it😡. But thankfully By the grace of God we found this kind man from Big Rig Truck Service! 👏🏻 and came to our rescue around 3:30am. Our Alternator blew out in flames and broke the band. This Guy came out with the parts and repaired the Rig, and got us back on the road in less than an hour.. we didn’t even get his first name, but Thank You again. There are very few like you out there. I wish we can give you more stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Was here in December 2020 to buy some air line fittings...had great service then... Tonight Feb. 27, 2021... Had a roadside trailer tire replaced ... From the phone call to the final bill... Nothing but excellence and very professional and very reasonable prices... definitely be recommending this place for anyone who needs parts or repairs in the Santa Rosa, NM area... 👍

Really great experience, came out late at night. He was onsite in less than 30min and got my driver fixed up quick and prices are reasonable. 10/10 would recommend and have trust. He is 64 and was in business since 1980. Much respect

Quick service, ready to work. Fair pricing. I could have waited three hours to have a blown trailer tire replaced at the TA. Did it here and was back on the road in less than a hour.
