Hold your wallet tight!!! Pay super close attention to your bill!! We were double charged for things, over charged for others, and charged for things we paid for ourselves ..... 2 days in a row!! I'd give them negative stars if I could! And the employees do not care about customer service!!! We even had to Uber to pick up our own parts 2 times!!!

Worst service department I have ever been to. Took my truck in for an exhaust fix, 2 weeks later it's still not fixed, so unorganized. No concern at all for the small single truck guy. Stay away unless you just need parts...PARTS DEPARTMENT IS GREAT

Do not waste your time going to this place, instead of fixing my truck they added more faults.
Took so long to do "j pro diagnosis" no deep diagnosis for the problem. They ran the computer then removed my truck from the bay and "recommend" some actions instead of actually asking me should we fix it or we are done with you.
They will not share with you computer codes, everything is a top secret here yet you pay for it.
I'd rather go to mom and pop mechanic shops you would be treated with more decency and get to be served with more knowledgeable mechanics.

Drivers please tell them to fix the exact problem if u know it already because they r wasting so much time and so much money. Working on something else the whole day! The best go to different place. Instead fixing , they added the engine light. Thanks for their professionalism

Most of guys who work here are good people .
but they are here to make money I spent over 6k and still they couldn’t fix the problem. I took my truck to shop in Chicago 2 hours it was done and it only cost me $290
If your truck is not in warranty you may reconsider coming here
