Mr Kurt Bottner, hands down, is the best criminal and family lawyer you can get... I met a ton of different lawyers and no lawyer compares to, Kurt... He represented me in a very complicated criminal case. Kurt and his team are very professional, responsive, competent, and proactive. Kurt was able to secure me as the victim in my case and have my charge completely dismissed.. I am VERY grateful for Kurt and his team. If I ever need a lawyer in WV, I won't think twice who I'll call to defend me. Thank you so much, Kurt!

Kirk Bottner & Team were a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited, and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. Not only was he able to defend us from an unjust accusation, his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional comfort to myself and those I care about most. They helped us through everything that needed to be. done. If anything changed they would call right away. Communication is very important to them. If we had questions or concerns about anything they would answer right away. They are very organized and detail orientated. Even if you forget something they've already though about it. The really gave my husband time to heal while they took care of the hard stuff. If we ever need a lawyer again Mr. Bottner is the one we will be calling!
