It's an old building but still pretty well kept, aside from a few minor cosmetic defects my three night stay here was fairly pleasant. I gave a four star rating because the pool was completely empty and there were no signs letting people know why so that was a bit disappointing. The pool was advertised on the booking website so I expected it to be working and there were no comments stating that it was downed for any reason.

if I could give it 0 stars, I would, the terrible service, the most blatant robbery I've ever seen in my life, they ask you for a $50 deposit, but they only give you $45 back and it says that they charge you $5 as an administrative fee for taking your deposit, okay say that they charge you a higher percentage than tax for taking your deposit money and then returning it to you. They took $50 and only gave me $45 back. with that excuse. there is space for klennex, but they don't give them, no breakfast, if you go by there and go by, you will definitely find something better, the stained walls, even the sheets, we had to take them out because they were dirty and since it was late, there was someone to change them. The staff was friendly and accommodating to me. It's a great location for me on northern side of Denton. The room is a little dated but kept clean. They offer great rates for the services they provide.

I stayed in a very nice room. Very clean, and quiet. This is the best hotel min this area. I stayed a few nights and the housekeepers cleaned daily and made sure my linens and towels were fresh. The staff at in the front was also very exceptional with helping me get booked in. Very friendly and they were doing a great job at keeping the place clean and quiet. Definately recommend!!

Had a wonderful stay in this motel. The rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable. Stayed for three nights and had some good continental breakfast. The service and the staff was top notch.

There is a $50 security fee that isn't mentioned on the website when you book. Could really use some new lamps, curtains, phone, updated bathroom. Has a smell to the rooms. Other than that, the people are really nice and helpful.

What can I say. The office people are nice but the housekeeper she does very little to accommodate. There are roaches and the rooms are ok but could use a good cleaning and maybe paint.

I had the best stay at an affordable price in this motel. The service was great and everyone was helpful. I stayed for three nights with my wife. The room was very clean and peaceful. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms are very well maintained.
