Broker Kyle McCall at this company is not to be trusted, he claims the system charged $100.00 for not tracking. The system is a setup, they send a link to your phone, but when you click it, it does nothing. I pickup on time and delivered on time. A week later Kyle Mcall send me a new confirmation deducting $100.00.Carrier beware.

Diana Baltazar is a liar @ this shady company. They lie to you say you dont accept macropoint so they can make an extra $50.00 for themselves. Stay away or expect to always lose the $50.00 tracking fee with this pathetic company.

I really have the best experience with cavalry (universal) I'm a carrier owner I'm over 2 years working with them and they have exceptional workers but the special one is nate( NATHAN) this is the best broker in this company...he is so professional!!!🤩🤩👍

NOT GETTING PAID FOR 3MONTHS NOW. They keep giving us the run around. Not getting responses, poor management.. Carriers beware!! Don't work with them!

My company like work with them.We work with Jacob Adams almost three years .He so nice always helpful.Run loads with him is so easy and pleasure.Amina and Diana there are nice too.We book couple loads with them with no problems.I just say Amina is strict but good way.They are young kids who try be the best.Keep going the way .

Someone please help me understand how can one track a load from a cell phone. You can't you are tracking the phone. So why is there a fine for not downloading a app . After all the phone belongs to the person who pays the bill not the person who booked the load. So wouldn't it be right to ask the owner of the phone not someone else. If you want to track the load then put a tracking device in the trailer. Also just because the app is free doesn't mean that the services are . I am just wanting to understand this that's all. And thank you.
