Coletta's Garage

This is a super late review, but I I just love these guys SO much! About 20 years ago, my husband (then boyfriend) and I had taken a road trip and got stranded in Connecticut and had our car towed to their garage in Providence. Stayed a couple of extra days in town and remember it as such an amazing trip. We loved it and fell in love with RI forever. 😍 They repaired our car and had us back on the road in no time. Awesome people at Coletta's!

We deal with these guys weekly where I work. They have great customer service and huge resources at their facility. Lots of tow companies that are great but if you need towing and parts/services in trucking you cant go wrong here.

Prompt service, great work and reasonable prices

Call to get parts for my liftgate on a Friday am was told they had to order them from manufacture they would have them direct delivered to my house on Tuesday. not a problem. got home Tuesday no parts I called was told they would check and let me know where they were.meanwhile I had my mechanic ready to install the parts on Wednesday they called me told me they don't know where the parts were but would have them at their place on Thursday around 10 am and get them delivered to me the following day.told them I needed them asap on Thursday after they received them.Called them Thursday was told they got the parts I asked them if they could deliver them to shop where my truck was.They said yes that it was 15 min from them and there driver would do it right a way that was 11am he did not show up at the shop until 12:45.I'm not happy about the way they handled the issue.they charged me a $17.00 delivery charge due to the inconvenience and lack of communication, the delivery charge should be waived.I did not have a great experience with Coletta's, I will not be recommending them or ordering parts in the future.

Go to for our delivery company when we need a hook. Very professional. Smooth operating. Right to the point. Excellent job. Every time.
