Great job n people, give ot a 5 but parking lot is a landmine field of obstacles to drive around very tight. Have tandems forward or you gonna hit some stuff. Cute puppys owner had was a plus.

Good solid work, price seemed high

We pulled in to a local campground and our slides wouldn't go out. We called them to set up a service call and they wouldn't be able to come out til the next day. We asked if we brought the hose to them could they make a new one for us and they did. They had started making it before we got there. Great guys and it saved our trip!

I called this place in early July. The lady that I spoke with was polite. I asked for a price quote on getting a hitch receiver installed on my van. The lady took my information and vehicle information and she said that someone would call me back. A month went by and no phone call. I called back and spoke with the same lady. I explained that I never heard back from anyone. She told me that things were busy, people may have passed the information to other people, etc, etc. She transferred me to a gentleman who, again, took all of my information and vehicle information. He said that he'd call me back. It's been about a week, and no call. I get that some things require research however I was able to find the hitch online with a quick Google search and it's available from numerous suppliers. I have been having this type of experience quite a bit lately. This is why brick and mortar stores are closing all over. The only thing these places have to offer over the E-commerce is personal customer service. If you can't even return a phone call, you're probably not going to last much longer.
