BUYER BEWARE! Sold me a brand new 2020 Mitsubishi Fuso in March 2021 that was having problems and they never disclosed it to me. It’s already been in the shop twice and I’ve had to spend over $1200 in rentals with no reimbursement whatsoever. Avoid this dealership and Mitsubishi vehicles at all costs. No integrity or morals there in the slightest. Then they lie about not knowing you're having problems. Spoke with the salesman and service manager and all they could say was it's a Mitsubishi issue.

The technician guy at service was awesome, he helped fix my Volvo truck’s derate and malfunction system by just replacing with a new fuse. The other fuse was out. He didn’t want to charge for his service and neither he accepted my tip. He has a beautiful heart. God bless him. For this issue, at TA truck stop service they kept me for 4-5 hours and did nothing, not even found the issue and charger me $90. Good people with good heart still exist. Thank you again….

Very Helpful, Service Manager Gina and Technician James goes out of their way to make my experience superb! On a recent visit he helped with a Fifth Wheel Issue, very knowledgeable, gave wonderful suggestions. Parts Counter always super helpful and very knowledgeable.

This is a terrible place, I highly don’t recommend doing business here they ripe you off. -Fist they ripped me off in parts, they didn’t gave me full refund for the core. -Second they wasted my time and will waste yours. I made an appointment for a simple oil change. I have waited four plus hrs after my appointment time and my truck didn’t got pulled in the shop. I expected someone to start working on my truck at no later one hr. of the appointment time. Please consider another shop before Colonial Volvo Trucks.

I have a truck broke down on the side of the road about 80 miles from Volvo. I need a part number for an air dryer to get it going. I called parts dept to see if they could help indentity a number to help me since I spent thousands there in my life. The answer is nope "boss man won't let me". Next call is to Volvo corporate.

please don't go over there they will rip you off my husband drop our box truck for service they charged over 5 grand without nothing, they always come up with different codes our truck was with over 15 days with them but its not diagnose anything, just paid over 5 grand after that we took it to fredericksburg different shop they diagnostic $900 the truck running great now please before you go to this place consider other reviews,, then decide

Omg. The best service/parts guy Robby. My husband and I needed a tractor part and although they were 3 hours away he suggested and showed us how to do our told us how to do it over the phone with over and he even called us back and let us know when the guy left out standing customer service just outstanding I highly recommend him
