Today at around 06:15 I go inside to see about getting service done on my truck. I go inside and stop at first counter. The guy there sees me walk in and instead of asking me what I needed, he continued talking to one of his Co workers instead of acknowledging me being there. So I noticed a sign pointing towards the service department, so I found my own way there. Once I get there there is someone, who I assume was a service counter employee. Once he saw me he asked me what I needed, while at the same time he's sitting playing a video game on his cellphone. I told him my truck was having an electrical issue with my headlight not working. The whole time I'm telling him my issues with the truck, he's just busy playing his game on his phone. After I finish telling him my problems with the truck, he then asks me if I had a trailer. I replied no. Then he says it'll be a while before someone can look at it, because they would need to power my truck down before they can test it. I ask him how long is a while. He replies and says, at the end of the week. I understand that all kenworth shops are busy with other trucks that come in. But at least make yourselves look busy if that's the case. Parts counter was busy talking to his Co worker instead of assisting a customer. And service guy is too busy playing his game on his phone to acknowledge a customer professionally.

They take too long to diagnose the problem and then after one week they still can't seem to find the problem. They also try to get you to purchase items you don't need. They never give you a call back when a problem arises. The last thing is make sure all visible connections are connected back before you leave, because they may not be.

This Kenworth dealership is so friendly, had a good experience looking for a kenworth t680 I will come back to this place I give 5 stars.🛻

Stopped to get parts on Saturday, very helpful, would take truck for service anytime I'm in the area.

From the Service writer, to the shop Forman. I was informed of the start time, parts, and labor cost, and completion of my truck. Very clean lot, very clean, and well organized shop. Tech's were busy every time I was there, and not playing on their phones like I see at other places. Had been in 2 other shops in the previous days for the same issue, Peterbilt TLG diagnosed the issue, and fixed it ! Thanks guys, and gal's ya'll are the best. To be honest, I usually steer clear of dealing with dealer shops, but I will definitely use them again, and definitely recommend them to everyone I know. 👍

I recently had king pin issues so I took it to them because it was under warranty through them upon getting my truck back and getting down the road I started smelling sulfur I checked my batteries and saw smoke coming from them.I called and let them know of my issue because I recently had bought batteries in December of 2021.i couldn't get back so I stopped at a dealer to get them switched out because they was under warranty only to find out my batteries had been switched. I immediately called them and told them about it.So I finally make it back their way and immediately they throwing out accusations of another shop must have done it but no other shop was left alone with my truck needless to say I get a phone call from the service manager questioning my review on them and told me that they would not provide me service to me anymore they just didn't know I was fed up and wasn't anyways beware

I had to visit this location to get my truck repaired and it was a pleasant ordeal the people were very nice I actually have my niece there with me they made sure me and her was very comfortable the driver's lounge there was very nice as well as the great service they did on my truck it was pretty Swift and the process was fast and easy also both shifts was very nice to deal with I think the second shift the late night shift was a little more funnier guys on that shift lol 🤣 actually Paul was actually funny come to find out no I really enjoyed these guys I recommend them

They have showers, nice lounge, coffee. Straight up about labor and parts. The only hold up is ordering..which is nationwide.
