We changed to Costco because of their reputation in regards to their business ethics. I couldn't be more pleased.
It has taken some getting used to the layout and finding products. When I asked an employee to find something, he was kind enough to educate me on the layout and how to find things I want easier in the future. I'm glad I made the choice to leave their competitor.

This location is very good. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I typically use the non-self checkout areas and they are just as quick as in the past. If I had a few items I might use the self-checkout, but I usually don't. The gas area is quick too in order to get through. I've always been satisfied with Costco. I can't think of a single issue I've had with Costco.

Things are priced relatively well and products are good. Friendly staff and very helpful. Only complaint I have I they are NOT size friendly for big&tall or plus size. If you were larger than a 2XL you won't find anything to fit you, and their 2XL seems to run small also. Other than that, pretty good place, prices, and service! Would recommend!

We love Costco, and the Lincoln Costco is one of our favorites. On Monday, July 12, my wife and I were travelling back home to Kansas when we had a problem with one of our tires. We went to the tire center and Alex came to our assistance. To make a long story short, Alex treated us very well, and so did Bob, whom I believe is one of the supervisors for the tire center. These two men are a credit to this company. If we lived in Lincoln they would have our tire business for sure!

There prices are a great value and Kirkland brand products are often higher value than most name brands, good examples are their frozen chicken breast and alcohol. Eye care department is cheaper out if pocket than most others are with eye insurance. My only issue is that stock seems to change without logic and sometimes staple items just cannot be found.

My wife and I go to Costco to purchase a few larger quantity items and love it. We (including our kids) love the samples, the Christmas trees, and the large quantity salad mixes! Today I tried the little restaurant they have for lunch. I had 2 huge pieces of pizza for $1.99 each - they were really good! I'll be back for a quick, inexpensive lunch soon!

Great clean inexpensive place to shop! The pharmacy is great too! Friendly staff people and low prices on many different items! They have over the counter medications, vitamins, and creams that you can get for little to nothing, food and snacks, carpets and furniture! They have eye and ear care center along with a tire center! Grant place and must have a membership to shop! You can go to the pharmacy without a membership though

I just purchased a sectional that was packed in two very large boxes. We asked a nearby employee for assistance and received outstanding service!! He and a co-worker assured us that they could load it into our pickup and never left our side until the loading was complete. A very pleasant experience!

Awesome place great prices sometimes. For example Whole Foods has organic honey crisp on sale for $2.99 and Costco you have to buy $17 worth and it’s $3.09 a pound. Not all bulk items are “deals”
