Costco Wholesale

Was much 1st time in there with a friend.. Alot of Organic items which I don't eat.. Was clean will Stock. I did buy a few things we love. But over a hour drive not worth it to me.. Gas was at a good price we seen in a while. But they very busy. Set up works good if people don't cut in front of you. It seem people were confused were go..

Saturday morning 7/9/22. There were lots of people waiting to get in at 9:35. Doors finally opened at 9:40 or so. No registers open except self-checkout. Several little clusters of employees milling around talking to each other, ignoring customers. Sam’s is looking better now.

When I first joined Costco over 15 years ago the prices were a true savings. Now, prices at Costco have increased just like every other store. However, the selection of products offered are fantastic. Great customer service, product selection, cleanliness of the store will keep me coming back.

The store itself is the cleanest I have been to. Everything is in good order, organized, and they do a really good job here. The staff on the floor is also really helpful and friendly. The customer service staff, however, in each of my experiences with them, have been less than enthusiastic and friendly. (ironic, right?) But the rest of the staff has been great, so still worth 4 stars for sure.

We were so happy Costco opened here a few months before we moved to Madison. We have a large family and we do most of our shopping here. We find this Costco to be comparable to others in the Dallas and Phoenix areas. Our kids love the food court pizza. To really take advantage of the membership, get the Costco credit card and gas up here.

Had no issues paying to renew my family’s membership at this location but when I use my fathers card, they will not allow me to make purchases. When I tried to get a new card made for myself they told me “you can pay to renew anyone’s membership but that doesn’t mean you make purchases on their card” makes zero sense. They weren’t even helpful or nice, instead they treated me in a condescending manner. Tried to call management who provided no solutions, was not even remorseful that they took my money for the renewal. They provided no solutions to my issues. My father then called to try and get a replacement card for me because he had to verify I was actually his daughter (?!) they again were not remorseful for us having just renewed our membership or being turned away at their store. Ultimately I couldn't be added because the membership was started in a different state and the process they required to change it was going to be too tedious. If they are hurting for money so bad that they require a family's own daughter to get her own membership, they should really look at how they treat their customers as maybe the real reason they are hurting for money! Ultimately its their loss as I was about to buy a $2600 TV. Will not be continuing my family’s membership. I will only be a sams club member from now on.

The senior hour is wonderful!! What a pleasure to shop without worrying about distancing because few people are shopping at that time.

The store was so clean and the prices were excellent and it was great to shop at a store where everyone wore a mask employee and patrons

Costco is Costco. Great shopping experience. They just need to enforce the face covering rule to protect everyone. This week a woman claiming to have COPD refuse to wear a covering. The manager got bullied into letting her in. If what she’s saying is true, she should not be in the store. There’s a reason why the rule is in place. Manager needs to grow a pair and enforce safety policy to protect customers and staff.

Terrible store if you’re 18-wheeler and delivering a load here. There’re no trucks allowed from both sides on pkwy. I called to police and got permission to take for drive through this route : I-55, I-220, and than highland pkwy. don’t take I-55->left ->roundabout. This route is not approved by local police department
