Days Inn by Wyndham Miami

PROPERTY STOLEN! My partner and I went there for a date night. When we arrived in the room it seemed nice, clean. But the toilet was very hard to flush unless you held the handle down a certain way, the tub was slippery when you first step in. And there were ants in the bathroom. Stains under the top bedsheet. There was a diabetic test strip left on the chair in the room. But the bed was comfy enough. Unfortunately the next day when we left, my partner forgot to grab his phone. We called and they checked with housekeeping, and even went up and checked but the phone was gone. Let me just say, that we only brought one backpack to the room, and it wasn't in there or our pockets or our vehicle. We went back to the hotel, checked the room ourselves, (found trash behind the bed, they dont clean very well🤢) couldn't check the bundle of sheets they stripped from the bed, housekeeping did not speak English, so I couldn't talk to them. I know the phone was stolen after reading other people's reviews! We ended up calling the police, but they couldn't find it either and of course no one would admit to it. I'm very upset about having an $800 phone stolen! Are they willing to replace it?? There was no way that someone there didn't find it since it was left either on the bed or the night stand. They did not think it was serious enough to search housekeeping belongings. I'm very VERY disappointed in this place and very disappointed with the front desk staff. The Indian man was very rude! How is this place still in business?? Horrible experience!!! I am inclined to report them to the health department, BBB, and anyone else I could possibly report them to, as well as sue for the price of the phone!! 😡Please do not stay here. It may be cheap but it is not worth saving a few bucks over. Find somewhere else.

Hotel was nice, better pillows then I’ve seen in hotels but both our rooms had ants crawling on the phone and the night stand.

I arrived late but managed to get a room, the bed was big enough to hold 5 adults but there was just me. While I have pool access was too tired to use it. Clean room and the waffle was pretty good.

Needs work but a whole lot better than the Effingham, IL.

It was exactly what I expected beautiful rooms for a cheap price. Good place to stay. highly recommended to everyone.

We stayed for 2 weeks, everyone was super friendly, the room always clean, beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Front desk staff were so kind and friendly. would highly recommend it.

This was a great place to spend the night. The route was a little Corky here there had to plug the TV in and had no remote but the lady at the front desk was a riot and worth every minute of needing to plug the TV in the pool was clean breakfast was good and I rested peacefully

Front desk was extremely helpful. Comfortable bed. Nice selection for breakfast. Cute little swimming pool. Room had a weird smell and looked a little shabby but it's a low budget hotel so...

I decided to go here for the adequate pricing I saw mentioning their customer service. The place is quaint, clean, bug free (that was important for me and i checked my room before i paid), and very friendly service though. And quite helpful. It was well worth it. Will stay there again.

The manager was friendly and welcoming from the start to end. I called for non smoking with no problem and called later in my road trip to say that we’ll have a late arrival which was met with pleasant confirmation that someone will be there 24 hour . Room was clean and beds were super comfortable. Night we’re quiet and excellent. It is an older hotel yes so it has limitations, but I will definitely stay here in future.

The staff were all very nice! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a variety of foods. They weren't busy and let us check out late, and opened the pool early so my granddaughters could swim the morning we checked out. It was over all a good experience, would recommend this hotel.
