Food Lion

Good grocery store. Friendly staff. Not super crowded or with long lines like most other stores in town. I'm always in & out in good time & no rushing. Good sales & coupons, they have a rewards program & an app also. Store brand is pretty good too.

Love shopping here! Always fair prices. The meat is especially good, just as good as some of the more expensive stores, but at nearly half the price. The sales are always great too!

well I haven't been to a food lion in a while..but it brought me back to what customer service is like..I travel a lot and go to eat and supermarket shopping as well..this food lion 🦁 is the most friendly helpful in every way. my congratulations everyone that works @ this location. thank you for your kind help..Jose the Bus 🚌 driver. lol.

I go to this Food Lion for my grocery shopping 80% of the time. They have good deals through their MVP card program. You definitely want to download their app on your phone in order to partake in the savings throughout the store. They have a good variety of products available. The only reason I am not giving the store a 5 star rating is because some of the cashiers could use training in customer relations. A few of them are not very friendly or helpful. One cashier told me the other day, when I was looking for banana chips, "I don't know. I just started here." She didn't offer to ask or anything. She should have said "I'm not sure, Ma'am. Let me ask someone for you." That would have been great but that didn't happen. I turned around to go back and look for the banana chips and she said "Are you ready?" I looked back at her and said "No. I'm looking for those." I then asked the next cashier beside her lane and he told me where they might be. Sure enough, they were in the location he mentioned. When I was about to check out, I went to another lane because I honestly was not impressed with her behavior. There was someone finishing up in front of me. I was going to wait patiently for that customer to leave and then check out but the cashier who wanted to rush me out of the store insisted I come over to her lane. She was not helpful and she continued to rush me out. I will be back to the location again, despite some unhappy visits previously. I just hope the staff will be trained more in customer relations. I would like to see happier attitudes in the staff along with great savings.

They had just what we needed, convenient to stop by, good employees.

Sometimes I go to Food Lion because I can get in and out so fast yet their prices are on par with the big stores. That was the case tonight. But I love Food Lion's selection too. Plus they don't keep moving things around like other stores do. And they always seem to have enough checkouts open to cover the number of shoppers. If they don't, they call someone up to open another Lane. They have great sales and they post the sales where you can see the prices easily. And they have a new incentive program called Shop & Earn. This month I earned $14 off already low prices. Great!

Best grocery store in Cleveland Tennessee. The meats are always fresh and the shelves well stocked. The cashier's treat you like family.. and they are very well priced.

I love the Cleveland store and the employees are some of the nicest most helpful people. The sweet lady who always is working hard checking everyone out is the best. She gets you in and out quick. Plus Food Lion has great deals with their digital coupons & bonus buys with their card. Nice not to have to go to Wal-Mart trying to fight a huge crowd just to buy some groceries. 😁
