Repair guy showed up two days early for scheduled appointment. No notification from Frontier, and no call from repair person while he was here. I saw him leaving while I was putting out hay for cattle. The issue was a LOW-HANGING WIRE across the field, that I can easily hit with my tractor bucket. The line appears to have been LOWERED in the field, and raised in front of the house!! Terrible, terrible service. And “customer service” didn’t believe me when I got back home and called them to tell them problem wasn’t fixed - they said he was “on site.” Such disgusting service!!

Have been without phone service for over a month. We have had three appointments to have service repaired, the last being today from 1pm-5pm. No one has shown up as scheduled at any of the appointments and our phone remains out of service. I was hung up on by customer support this evening. I have been lied to every time I have spoken with a representative, and to be told someone would be coming to fix my phone and no one ever show up- THREE times, is unacceptable. Frontier is the worst service provider with the worst customer service department I have ever encountered.

I have had no internet for almost 3 weeks. They were supposed to send a new router but I received a empty box. I talked to another tech and was told it would be 2 day shipped. I was promised 2 day shipping but received a email today that it will arrive Tuesday. I just talked to another agent that said due to the holiday weekend it is going to take longer, so the other agents didn't realize that it was a holiday weekend. They have all lied to me and made promises that were not true. This is the worse company I have EVER dealt with and I will be switching providers. People do not use frontier they have liars as technical support and there service is horrible. They don't even deserve 1 star.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is the worst company I have ever done business with in my life. I called to set up internet, in which they do not have a really high speed internet to start with anyway. i have great credit and I was told I needed a $90 deposit payment to get it turned on. I went ahead and authorized that anyway because they are the only internet service provider in my area. I checked my bank statement and they have taken almost $500 out of my account and claim that I had service over 10 years ago that was never paid. So they took out money without my authorization (WHICH IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL) and are claiming I owe half a grand on internet from 10 years ago. These peoople are the WORST. I have talked to many different supervisors who are no help whatsoever. They are already going out of business and I guess now they want a lawsuit on their hands. They messed with the wrong lady.

It's a classic monopoly. They are currently the only available internet so you're speed and service whatever it feels like. I pay my bill and I've never had an issue with their peoples service but the general mentality of the business I pay for the best available package in my area and I pull 600kbs the smallest plan says 3 mbs now I understand that it will not always be that. However I'd like to see 1/3 of its potential at some point or be honest and sell me 1 mbs max for 1/3 price and I will be fine with 600 kbs You need internet and they are the only provider. What can you do? Wait for Ben lomand.

Thank you Frontier for increasing my internet charges by 12% from one month to the next and not improving the poor quality service. But at the same time I would like to congratulate you for being on your way to losing over 400 customers from my neighborhood, Twin Lakes/VEC is coming to town and you will be out. Yes !!!

New to Crossville and after reading all the negative reviews I was concerned about getting service from Frontier. After calling around, I had no choice since they were the only ones that provided service to my area. On the day of installation the technician was not only on time but very professional. He had me up and running in no time. Shortly after leaving, the internet went out. I called and they sent out another technician. Alvin was very professional and tracked the problem to a short in the lines about a mile away. He had my internet fixed after a couple of hours. No problems since. Thanks Frontier!

You would think a business owner would be concerned with their reputation. I never write a negative review. However, consumers should be aware that this company is a last-ditch effort for internet service providers. I'd probably do without service rather than have to go through the process of reaching these folks on the line. For the sake of business, owner, read your reviews and take more pride in your company. Frontier is a disgrace to the Crossville, Tn community.
