Very nice place. King suite is basically A 1 bedroom apartment. Really like this place , definitely will be back soon!

For some reason I wasn't asked if I wanted a non smoking room. I thought all the rooms were non smoking. So I entered my room and was enveloped in the acrid, retched stench of cigarette smoke. I got used to it after an hour so I dealt with it. TV in the living room wouldn't work with the remote. Bed was hard as a rock, but all in all it was ok. Pillows were comfortable. If it didn't stink and the TV in the living room worked it would be 4 stars. I asked for a late check-out and was told no problem, 3 o'clock. At noon I was told late check-out would be $40. That was really bad considering I was already told 3pm & no extra fee. They should have honored what they said in the first place! That's another reason for 3 stars. 3 things in their control.

My friend is staying in one of their suites for work. She has been there a week and plans to stay the rest of the time she is here.. she has changed hotels 4 times due to issues. This is better than the 3 others by far!!!

Traveling with Sparky, my pet anteater, can be such a hassle, as he's wanting to go out at all hours to demolish termite mounds to have a bite to eat. At this property, the ants and roaches are supplied directly, and in large quantities, so I never need to let him out. Best of all, when he craps on the floor, it makes the place CLEANER. I think this is the dirtiest place I've found in 3 months on the road. My bed looked like it had been made perfectly but then someone had thrown a full shovel of topsoil on top of the uppermost blanket. I had to move rooms due to extreme insect problems. You get a lot of floor space for the money, but this is NOT a three-star hotel. To be fair, it doesn't cost as much as one, either, but it shouldn't be listed as such on travel sites. Be prepared to interact with a lot of derelicts and drifters here, and if you don't have at least one window of your car patched with cardboard, you won't fit in.

We booked same day reservation and were fortunate to experience the renovated suite. Perfect for a family Easy parking Probably the most affordable hotel around the area. Book in advance and search deals on Hotwire Ensure you book the renovated suites. If you’ve ever stayed at Hyatt house residence suites , this is equivalent (not similar class but decent for the price) This hotel is ideal for families or long term stay. It has everything you will need including early breakfast from 6AM-9 (can’t beat that) 4 stars is based on room expectations for the price. It has what we need for this particular stay Parents, bring your kids with you at check in, they offer popcorn with assortment of flavor toppings Across the street from food and AC works well for Arizona heat

Was great for a quick rest before getting back on the road. Staff is welcoming. Good value for what you get - full kitchen, an office room and a bedroom, has a pool, breakfast is included. The only quirk for me was the sheer curtain in the office room space. I prefer to have the option to fully close the windows in the evening. I think it's an even better option if you are staying for a longer period of time.
