Days Inn by Wyndham Jellico - Tennessee State Line

The staff when we arrived was great I didn’t catch the man’s name but great hospitality from him. We spent a few hours at the pool but my father stayed in the room. We had a blast at the pool. It was fantastic clean and all around great time. My poor dad when we returned was sweating it was 90 degrees in the room. I called front desk and they sent the nice man he did something said ten minute it would be cool. No half hour later it’s still hot as hell and the air conditioning kept kicking off. At midnight they finally switch us rooms after we had already asked 2 time before to be switched! We get on new room it’s filthy dusty but hey the air conditioning was working so at least we could finally sleep. My 15 year old son took one of the pillows and sheet from the previous room I was unaware he did this until at 8 am the lady called about the stuff and demanded she was on her way to get it. Mind you this whole time we did the switching and everything else nobody got to bed till around 1 AM and then to get woke up at 8 AM over a sheet, when check out is at 11am. It was 20 minutes to 11 and the woman in charge had the cleaning lady knock on our door to ask if we were leaving or staying another night. Which to meant get out. I have never been treated like this and felt so uncomfortable in my life. Most horrible place I’ve ever stayed.!!!!!!!

Check in was amazing! Dylan was able to get us in a beautiful room quickly. We love the improvements they have been doing over the last several years. We have stopped her several times traveling south

Very nice quiet place to stay especially if your traveling because it's exactly right off the interstate 75 exit. Great service very nice people. Also pool and spa is attended to all day everyday. I would definitely recommend this place to stay to anyone.. love it and will go back

I'm only giving this one three stars due to the fact that it's still under renovation and we got an old old old old old room, which while serviceable, definitely need some TLC. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, otherwise really not much to say. I will say though that the guy at the front desk is phenomenal. If he doesn't own this place then he needs to quit and go into marketing and medicine or something because that son of a b**** can sell ice too and Eskimo. And he's really personable.

Stopped in Jellico unexpected while waiting for truck repairs. What a pretty little town. Since we never slept the night before due to the truck incident the wonderful beds + quiet room was heavenly. The gent who checked is in couldn't have been any friendlier or more accommodating. The room was recently renovated and spotless. Sheets were smooth and pillows were plentiful and just perfect. We've stayed in hotels where we paid at least double and never enjoyed our sleep half as much. It's a perfect little hideaway. We'll certainly be back.

Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Paper thin walls. Toilet seat was filthy. Only 1 coffee cup in room for 2 double beds. Breakfast was pitiful. Preshaped egg patties were in fridge vs heated so you had to microwave yourself. There was 1 left for 15 mins while folks came in. Nobody from hotel bothered to check. Cold biscuits that were hard. For $70 I expect a clean smelling and clean room. Will not return. Oh the front desk just blamed smokers for standing outside but made no offer to change rooms or spray an air freshener or anything.

DO NOT STAY HERE! They have bed bugs and will tell you you're lying if you bring it to the staff's attention. We got our room moved and in the next room literally EVERY SINGLE linen was stained with either blood or what looked like dried up snot. As far as the room goes, it was gross and so were the other guests. The only upside is that the receptionist was polite until I informed her that I demanded a refund.

Booked this motel as a late night travel stop inbetween vacation and Home. Had a pet with us, so our options were limited. Front desk woman was the best part of our entire experience- she was wonderful and deserves a raise. The room we were assigned had not been cleaned- toothpaste in sink, needed vacuumed, weird sticky residue on the table. My children (two crazy boys who aren’t afraid of the dirt) did not want to sit down. The neighboring room had two large dogs who wouldn’t stop barking. We decided to just leave. Had a big run around with the charges and ended up paying for a full nights stay when we were there less than an hour. The owner had zero manners, screamed at my husband on the phone. Crystal, take your talent somewhere else.

Room 146 Will stay again. (Its a solid 3 star hotel but what I look for in transit) Furniture in good condition. Microwave and fridge. In rear of building so quiet and no road noise. I prefer motels where my car is by the door instead of rolling my luggage through halls.Easy in and out. Since there was 3 of us- we also like the sinks outside of the bathroom.The more expensive places didnt have that. The mattress was superb and we slept well and the room clean.My mom loved, raved about her bed and inspected to find it was a pillow top type and wanted me to buy her one. We slept so well we missed the breakfast ending at 9am or I would have pics as well. Jacob at the desk kind and helpful. See them next year!

The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure to give me a room that was easily accessible due to my injury. The room was very clean. I liked that we were able to easily adjust the A/C and had the room nice and cool in this summer heat. Breakfast was also very good! We have stayed here multiple times now on our way through to North Carolina and the service has always been consistent and welcoming. We will continue to return.
