Bathrooms were clean and warm. Outside areas were well taken care of and dog walking areas are good.

This rest area is fine but lacking in a few ways. The rest rooms were fine and clean and in good working order. The pet area is across the entrance and has no garbage cans or sidewalks for the pets owners to walk. This forces the owner to walk in the street where people are entering or exiting from the highway. I understand restricting areas for pets and too many owners do not clean up, but create a safer more friendly area. The area is fairly spacious but underutilized.

An absolute disgrace for a “new” rest area. One of the women’s rest rooms was closed and the other only had three working stalls. Both disability accessible stalls were out of order. Both family rooms were locked. An employee was observed walking out of one of the family rooms and locking the door behind him. If a person in a wheelchair needed to use the facilities, they would not be able to. I am disabled and had to use a regular stall which was incredibly difficult and uncomfortable.
In the men’s rest room, one urinal was broken, only one sink was working, and it was not working properly.
This is a busy rest area, and the condition of this facility is pitiful.

Always clean, always. Not a lot of options while traversing I-16 but this rest area is always spotless. Space to walk your pets or just stretch your legs. There are also picnic tables if you brought food for the journey or if you need to grab snack, there are vending machines too.

This is where I stop during Atlanta travels. So the vending machine here had some great retro chips and the cheese jalapeño chips are outstanding. I bought 2 but the 3rd bad got stuck. Not a big deal but yall must try these hips if you have not

I MUST SAY THIS IS THE CLEANEST REST STOP WE HAVE EVER STEPPED FOOT IN. WE TRAVEL ALL THE TIME AS. A military Family I was shocked normally there all out dated or just not clean at all but this stop was very clean !! The workers are not there to clean your Dog poop a true dog lover will always have a baggy i noticed a human without one and offered them one thats a no no you are responsible for your pets/children etc.!

Clean good, keep an eye on your children or family members. Let them use the stall because yours take my advice and do not let them leave the bathroom without you.

We visited both the west bound and east bound facilities at this location coming and going on our vacation. The west bound location was lots of fun for the 5yr old who has never seen rolling hills before. The kido tired themself out running up and down the small hills. The facility was clean. No lines. Everything felt safe. I did see vending machines if you needed a quick snack. Nice place to stop. Even let the kiddo ride around on the their big wheel.

Great area. Can't believe how great the attendant in the women's restroom at 2:20 p.m. on 7/11 was. Really keeping the facility clean and disinfected. Great job! Friendly!

We were traveling to St. Simon's Island and made this rest area our pit stop for lunch and to stretch our legs. This rest area was clean and seemed safe and had concrete picnic tables for eating a meal. The rest rooms were also clean and stocked. There was a walking area to stretch your legs and a walking area for pets. There were vending machines available to purchase drinks and snacks.
