Truck lot was full. I was towing 20 ft travel trailer but had no problems pulling in the car lot. Facilities were open and clean. Nice dog area.

Nice, clean serviceable rest area. The push to the restroom was to long and a little too steep for a wheel chair or even a walker; however I don't know much can be done about that

The staff did an excellent job of keeping the facility clean. My only complaint is that I had to get on the floor to get the snacks out of the vending machine because of the way the machines were secured.

Nice and clean but a long walk from cars to restrooms, Steep hill To go up for wheelchairs especially.

Stopped to clean the vomit off my dog and was told by the attendant that I couldn't clean up my dog because of the "no pets" signs. I wasnt trying to just hang around. Absolutely rude and inconsiderate.

Ultra clean and ultra modern, Georgia has invested in supporting travelers on I 20. Lots of traffic for safety and ease of access.

It was clean, peaceful, pleasant, place to relax for abut before getting back in the highway. It had maybe two or three vending machines, quick snack and drinks/sodas etc. Two sections one for truckers and one for regular cars/drivers.
