Contacted Mr. Guster to handle a speeding violation. He was very knowledgeable about my situation and provided excellent advice. During our court appearance he was extremely effective in handling my case resulting in all charges being dropped. After the appearance he took the time to fully explain the process and reason to his approach. If you get a speeding violation in Hamilton County TN, this is the guy to call.

My husband was issued a speeding ticket outside Chattanooga while we were traveling from Bristol, TN to Houston, TX. Not familiar with Tennessee attorneys, we did some research and contacted Micah. He was wonderful. He knew the Tennessee trooper's identity before we told him.
Apparently, that trooper makes a career of ticketing people on that stretch of I-95.
Micah got the ticket dismissed before the court date. He really knows what he's doing, and he's a pleasant guy to deal with. Unlike most lawyers, Micah calls us himself. We don't have to go through layers of secretaries and paralegals to talk to him.
If we ever get in trouble again in Tennessee, we will call him right away!

I was able to contact him concerning my case and he contacted me. Court can be stressful. I can't even imagine attempting to handle my case on my own. Please do not go to court without an attorney.
