Lonnie was excellent. She was able to settle in a reasonable time.

They are professional, honest, kind and punctual. When I first called Brandon Dixon Law office, I was a bit of a nervous wreck(literally! I had just got into a multiple collision) this was my first car wreck and I had no idea what to do. Brandon had given me the best advice and I mean he was blunt about everything. He guided me through what I needed to do. Then came his assistant Lonnie, who was also great help! She made sure to call to keep me updated on the case( I didn’t feel left in the dark). She was always ready to answer any questions I had. Lonnie would listen and show genuine interest in what I had to say; she was reliable and persistent. These two were great help! I appreciate everything they have done! I would definitely refer them to my friends and family if they were ever in a accident.

An amazing team! From the first phone call with Brandon I knew I was in good hands. Then Annette took over my case for him and proved herself to be an amazing ally and got me the fullest amount possible for my claim. Always professional, quick to respond and a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. Not very thorough. It seems as though they might have too many cases to actually care. They definitely don’t care about my kids, who were in the accident. I regret picking them. No help just another headache like the accident wasn’t enough. They give no advice, outcomes, or anything. They couldn’t even tell me what they were doing. My case was almost two years ago and they are working? I think they threw my case in the back until I took their disgusting offer they keep trying to push on me. Just deplorable. They got more money than me and my kids and WE were hurt. I didn’t see anyone in that law office at a chiropractor or driving around Georgia for doctors appointments and scans. At least if your going to F me over, turn on the lights! I asked him negotiate another offer and they did NOTHING. Called months after I sent several emails and said, “I better take this money due to a statue of limitations!” What a joke!!! You don’t call or anything for MONTHS then, BAM! Take the money and take a hike? I hate them. They just want their money and forget about your health and piece of mind.

My experience was the best ever. I will recommend to friends and family. They handle all my questions and I was satisfied. I highly recommend them. I will use this firm again no question. Thanks so much.

I have been more than pleased with not only Mr. Dixon but his entire staff. Very professional. Kept me informed throughout the entire process which lasted about 6 months. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience. The best part was the help I had from Rachael Currie. She helped me with a lot of things an I just wanted to give her a shout out for being a great person and being great for helping me. Long overdue for a review, but better late than never right. I was hit by another driver last year, and went with the first lawfirm the tow truck driver "suggested". I wasn't satisfied with how they were Not handling my case, at all. I found Mr. Dixon on google, and met with one of his case managers very close to where I lived. I can't remember her name, but she was a cool person and was nice! Mr. Dixon himself is a great example of what a professional attorney with good character is. He was up front with me from the beginning, and really helped me out on my case. I am grateful for the experience. Personal advice: No matter what, DO NOT get an advance loan on your case from anybody! Don't do it!

Attorney Brandon Dixon and his amazing staff were very professional. He and his staff called me during my therapy treatment to check on me. They also kept in contact with me regularly updating and explaining every step of my case!
