What a lovely property! This welcome center offers free Louisiana coffee, info, and smiles.
There's plenty of parking in the front for cars and in the back for commercial trucks. Snack machines are conveniently located by the restrooms, which there are plenty of behind the center. And they're clean.
The grounds have plenty of picnic tables and there's room to walk to 4 legged friends.
Great place to stop and stretch the legs.

It is very simple without many of the items you find on other state's welcome centers. However the restrooms were clean enough and there was A/C. Plenty parking available.

Very unique welcome center. Love it for the amount of resources and ideas that are provided here as far as things to do and places to see are concerned for the state of Louisiana. It also had some brief historical information and some interesting narration being played over the speakers around the stop. It was a nice change of pace from on the road music and the normal flushing of toilets and shuffling of feet. Will definitely plan my rest along the road here again.

A good place to stop to empty out, get a (complimentary) coffee, update the paper map (if you still use them!), and checkout vacation destinations among the travel brochures. Friendly staff; the grounds provide plenty of room to stretch your legs. Large restrooms...just need a touch of freshening up. Recommended stop.

Big truck parking sucks. Bathrooms were alright but could be cleaner. Large area to walk dog with picnic tables. Vending Machines available. Seems to be a building with touristy books for purchase in front of the building with bathrooms.

Good amount of covered picnic tables, pet area and vending machines. The bathroom is very dated but was mostly clean. They were out of soap in 1 of the 2 dispensers.

Lovely place. great bathrooms and easy parking. The layout of the rest area makes sure the you can find anything you need. from visitor info to the free bathrooms. great place to stop and stretch your legs.

Clean and easy to get on and off the interstate. Lots of sheltered picnic tables and a pet walking area. There are sidewalks if you just need to walk a loop to stretch your legs. Inside has an attendee with pamphlets showcasing local attractions.

Very warm welcome from the staff. Warm coffee ready. Loved the small museum. One of the best rest stops in Louisiana. Wonderful place to walk around. Dog rest stop was all good. Interesting landscape. Beautiful scenic area beyond the boundary of the rest stop.
