it was, clean, well lit, and busy. I didn't have to wait for a stall in the bathroom. There are plenty of food choices. There are massage chairs, though I didn't check to see if they were working or well-maintained. Also, there's plenty of parking. Overall a good stop to relieve, replenish and have a good stretch.

I really stopped for Jerry's Cheesecake but it was closed. Then I spotted the seafood place...it was closed. Then I went for sandwich from the local kiosk...no joy. So I opted for an Auntie Anne's pretzel. My only question - how can a pretzel be burned and wet doughy at the same time 🤷🏽♀️. Purchased some lotto tickets and won $75 so I'm ok 🤣. And I'm happy this is a left exit easy on - easy off rest stop.

This location is pretty good with plenty of space for the customers. Restrooms are okay so far. Cleanliness is acceptable. However, stores are struggling with less manpower and long waiting line of customers. It took almost an hour to serve my order at Wendy’s. Staff are friendly and helpful and long waiting is not at all their fault! I hope the owners will look into it.

Large clean rest area. Gas station behind. Bathroom, Food, Drink/Coffee, Lotto, Souvenir, Maps and plenty of seating.
Friendly helpful staff. Especially Bob! Gave us a recommendation on a delicious restaurant nearby!
3 penny press and 1 token machine.

This is one of the best rest area on route. Very clean and good option for quick bites. Sometimes there will be waiting for coffee. Every time the experience is good inside. Some people throw trash in parking areas and would be best if some trash bins are kept around parking areas.

Any tollway service plaza that services trucks in any way should have showers! Truck drivers ARE people, too! And the plazas are paid for by the public, and therefore should serve ALL the public. How about a Golden Corral instead of all the fast food? Is that what the owners would want continuously? I think not!

In my heart I want to rate it a 1 but that would not be fair. This is a great rest area similar to what you would see on the NJ Turnpike... But Bigger! Got an electric vehicle No problem they have Tesla Super Chargers and other ones. LOTS of them. Plenty of gas and diesel; though higher fuel taxes in Maryland. The bathrooms were fairly clean even while busy.
My biggest gripe is ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF RATES IN THE FOOD COURT. For Pete's sake $3.50 for a drink out of a machine. That is just horrible. Most food prices are 20-40% over street value.
The best way to sum up Maryland House. "If you need it while traveling... They have it. Just be prepared to pay for it."

I can't believe I'm rating a rest stop. This place is very clean, lots of bathrooms. A good selection of vending machines, but not that many restaurants. Needs more choices. I know it's a rest stop but would be nice to have some good restaurants, instead of face food. Whenever I stop here it's always on my way to Philly or NJ. So it would be nice to sit down and eat something good instead of fast. They have massage chairs there to help with the long journey.

Always love stopping here it's always so clean. Food here is good to so no complaints here I would definitely stop during your travels if you need a place to stop even if it's just to stretch your legs for a second. Safe travels everyone and remember to always wear a make until this is all over we are all in this together.

Maryland House is a wonderful stop along the i95 corridor heading to parts North or South depending on your direction of travel. This is truly a rest area complete with restaurants and mall style seating. Definitely one of the better rest areas in my opinion compared to others that I have visited.
