I had the most amazing experience with this company. Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, super hot outside and I’m stranded on the highway with two horses. My horse trailer lost a wheel and these folks fixed it with in an hour! Highly recommend.

Charging 600.00 for a tow after an accident is absolutely disgusting. Called many other tow companies in the area and NONE charge like this. Taking advantage of a situation for sure. If I could give zero stars I would.

Really good people. I have a small accident on the road with my back gate and they explained to me the all process and help me as much as they could. Cameron was awesome.

They helped my Volvo semi recover from a deer strike. They first fixed my right headlight well enough to get me DOT legal and out making money while my new bumper came in and a few other parts. Once that was all together a couple of weeks later they put it back better than it has been since I bought the truck used :). Seriously, good people to work with, flexible and did the best they could with covid-era parts availability. And remember, I'm an out of state long haul guy that they'll probably never see again so if they were going to screw anybody, it would be me. And they absolutely did not :).

I am very happy with the work we had done at Matt Browns. Everyone that we worked with at the shop was very knowledgeable and helped streamline the whole process of getting our truck rebuilt. They replaced the frame rails on my dump truck and replaced, repaired or upgraded everything else the truck needed before laying on a beautiful paint job on the dump body to match the cab. We will definitely continue to use them for future work on our trucks.

I have used this company twice once at their shop and another for a road call.. I have a trucking company that has very time sensitive pick up and deliveries and they have gotten me back in service in a timely manner. Two great experiences.. I highly suggest

Now » Matt Brown’s Truck Repair is the place to go to. I’m from Houston, TX. Roll up there in NH to drop a load and my power steering gives up. Call up these guys and they towed me. I’m worry sick 🤒 at that point. And they go like : « We’ll take care of you, don’t worry. » After 24hrs, I was back on the road. This where they floored me: I was like didn’t you guys have other things to do or was just waiting for me coz that was a pretty quick turn around for a Semi truck repair shop? Here was their answer : « We’re plenty busy and backed up for the next 3 weeks but you were in an emergency 🚨 and coming out of Texas. We carved out time to get you back on the road. » You can’t beat these guys in my playbook, I don’t care what you offer out there 👌🏾. A big shout out 🔈 🔈 🔊 🔈🔈🔈 to John Riley, Shop Foreman. He’s a distinguished professional and gentleman 👌🏾. Folks like these guys at Matt Brown’s Truck Repair renew my Faith in Mankind, truly 👌🏾.
