Got here at 3:30p. It's 9:30p now. Paid bill at 7:30p still waiting for paperwork.. how hard is it to stamp the paper and walk it out to the truck?.?. I missed my next appointment because they are taking so long. Anytime I deal with Capstone it's a joke. They are the slowest!!

So I delivered here there was stuff they didn't order, overage, shortage. They put a pallet back on trailer. Then proceeded to throw the rest all over my trailer. I hope that it made them proud of themselves. Represent your company like that. I arrived at 1600 and didn't get out of there until 830 the next morning. Then took osd back to fcc. I hope that they are proud of themselves. Just think that represents YOUR company

Fast but slow. It's like good and bad. You know what you're getting into when you took the load. Yes they are fast if u have a no breakdown load, yes they slow when you have 100 items that have to be separated.

How can I give a -5 star because such sham of a distribution center should be non existence. Everything was totally off and outta whack. I've never written a negative review before but this is totally worth it.

Reviews are true ! Had a 9pm appointment, checked in at 830 Pm . Was told to go park out on the street because there was a door available yet , no problem… so I waited 3 1/2 hours before being called . Once in a door . I was loaded after 2 hours of sitting there . Then finally was able to leave by 5am .

Arrrived at 17:00 for a 18:00 appointment they put me in the door right away but started unloading at 20:00 took 6 hours late call me for pay Lumper services $320 unloaded 12 pallets
At 01:00 call me again my paperwork was ready
I wait in the door 1 hr 45 minutes more I get some hrs back to work
NEVER again will I come here unless they put an extra $500 on top of the rate

11 hours in the door then they forgot to call or let me know when the was done apparently the lumper cant do there job and receiving cant communicate with drivers to inform them that they have your paperwork on there desk just imagine how much better things would be if people would do there job

Tight getting into docks. Lousy place to deliver to. They run drivers out of service hours on a continous basis. Management here doesn't care about safety. Just kick the drivers off the property with no regards to the driver being too tired to safely move the truck.

Had I known. This was an extra stop that was snuck in after I booked the load. Was only supposed to be wal mart. I will be over there tomorrow and if I have these problems I will be like you. Put out the word. Do not deliver anything to them at all. All of us.
